Well, maybe if our "nanny state" laws were applied in America you might reduce your embarrassingly horrific rates of firearm-related deaths, just as they have in Britain and every other advanced nation with sensible and stringent legislation. But America? No, you have your Holy Constitution so all common sense flies out the window.
Oh, and did our "nanny state" laws prevent you from shooting here?

England is ****ed. Their British population is a collection of kneeling crippled and dependent pets that eagerly turned over their gun rights, then have watched their violent crime rate soar. They have so many knife murders that they are contemplating bans...again. They are being bred out of existence...not shocking with the combination of a large importation of Muslims that are into that sort of thing and a British male population that are so impotent and shriveled they can’t. Hell...there is a reason why so many of their pretty young women hook up with our servicemen stationed there...they are all desperate to get the **** out of there. But the most damning result of their gun ban has been the changes to their laws that cause their citizens to be arrested and jailed for speech that others might find ‘offensive’. Which is ironic because many of their people that come into this site and blather on about how bad OUR laws are could be arrested for half the **** they post on this site in their own ****hole if a country.

I spent 3 years in England. Have been back 3 times...the most recent a year ago. I won’t go back. They are ****ed...but they are ****ed by their own doing so....let em have it.

We never had 'gun rights', and we don't want, never had, or needed millions of guns in circulation; the complete absence of any calls for repeal of firearms legislation should give you a clue. How many times does this need explaining before it sinks in? You really have so little knowledge of Britain it's astounding. Don't tell me; you were in the military, right?

Knowing what you are I am inclined to not give much of a **** about your opinions...on anything. But I’ll go ahead rewind to your post, despite the stupidity of your post. No...you don’t have ‘rights’ guaranteed by a Constitution. It’s tragic that you are actually PROUD of that fact. But you did have certain rights guaranteed by LAW and you willingly tossed those away like a bunch of weak willed simpletons following the Dunblane incident. How ****ing stupid.

No, we never had a constitutional 'right' to bear arms. So, as I suspected your enormous depth of experience of Britain was confined to a military base and probably a few excursions on leave. Impressive.
And yes, I'm proud of the fact that our level of gun-related homicide is vanishingly insignificant compared to America's. I expect you're proud of that.

You have no imagination. I probably saw more of England than most Brits. There was a time that was a great country filled with strong and honorable people. If I cared enough about you I’d ask what the **** happened to you....

Regarding the OP, I wish the leftists would make up their minds. Trump is a dictator and that is bad. Now, he does not act like a dictator and unilaterally impose universal background checks and that is bad. Why do you not just admit that you think a dictator is okay, just as long as they are enacting your will on everyone else? Would that be so hard?
