It is no secret that Biden is a gaff machine but lately some of the stuff he has been saying has got people on the left and the right thinking he is suffering from senility. While he is only 3-4 years older than Trump, he has also gone under brain surgery twice for aneurysms and when people unfortunately have to go through something like that, it is common for them to experience confusion, memory loss.

Right now it is almost daily where Biden shows confusion whether saying in his stump speech acknowledging he is in a state that he isn't or walking down Memory Lane and reciting events he claims happened when they didn't. Right now Biden it is really feasible that Biden will not be the nominee.

They're both corrupt. People who need a conviction to prove Don is corrupt, remind me of conservatives who still need proof that he's a racist. If they haven't figured it out yet, they never will.

It would be important to me to try to revive a 21st century version of the New Deal, reshape capitalism once again as a tool that serves working families first, as it once did when I was growing up.
I think that either Bernie or Liz would be a valuable asset to help make that happen but of course it won't happen unless we also give them the kind of Congress that can cooperate.
If we don't achieve that, we will witness a lot of noble aspirations, and a lot of obstruction to match.

If we DO achieve that, but if we put one of those old retread establishment drones in, like Biden, we will see a lot of frustration but it might be survivable.
But I am interested in more than just surviving.

If Biden wins the nom he can count on my vote but I am working to see Liz Warren win it.

What's your definition of corrupt? Because I'm thinking that by your definition probably 3/4 of the Politicians would disappoint you.

These polls register name familiarity. Few Dems or independents are paying much attention. The ratings on the debates have been abysmal. Biden is the frontrunner because people seem to remember him as a nice old reliable liberal who was steadfast and loyal to Obama, and never did any harm that they can remember. Sanders was high because people remember him as well. Warren has gotten all the good press so she shot ahead, but until Dems and independents start really following this contest, we will only know who's failing to get enough interest from donors to carry on. I still have not seen the right candidate for me yet. I am hoping someone jumps in soon.
