If it’s affecting your business then absolutely. I don’t see any obese models or transgenders in commercials or advertisement. Should they be hired ?

Frankly, I don't care if my doctor, dentist, mechanic etc. changes his/her "sex" every 6 months, but a business should have the right to decide who represents them ... and in this case, for that particular position, they wanted a man in men's clothing.

On the surface--knowing Trump as we do--it seems like red meat for the base before an election. But, it is an important matter to address. Of course, one does not usually expect to see the DOJ argue in favor of discrimination.
