If a business person of a particular faith rejects my offer to buy his goods, then I will just go elsewhere. Why shouldn't I? Why would I want to be a jacka** by taking the businessperson to court to challenge his beliefs in court?

It's not being a "jackass", but not allowing people dealing with the public to discriminate. If you want to serve only Christians/Muslims/Zoroastrians or whomever, you could just as easily set up a business where this won't be a problem. Instead, you're pushing for legalized discrimination which has adverse affects on people.

Aggressive? Maybe. That is highly subjective. The public is mostly a gov't space. Be it local, city, state, or fed. Per the constitution, if they allow 1, they must allow all thousands of the world to do same. Even satanism.
My guess, is that would not be able to happen, at least without some violence involved.

Values that a close to Christian beliefs. Either one has them and lives by them, or they just don't care and only want what a political party wants.

Many many people, it seems more non christians now than christians, have values and don't hold some political party in higher value than personal morals and beliefs. Those are truly upstanding individuals. Who respect themselves.
Partisan voters with no morals, not so much.
