End Game for Trump: It Ends Badly for him

I know the Trump hating media won't talk about it much, but more and more evidence of corruption by the Obama administration directed against Trump, his campaign and anyone associated with him keeps becoming public.

The latest is the Bruce Ohr 302's.

Next will be the Archey Declarations, the DOJ IG investigation results about the Comey memos and FISA abuse.

Beyond that is the Durham investigation in to the predicate for Crossfire Hurricane.

All of that has the potential to ensure that Trump is reelected in 2020...in spite of the massive media campaign of spin, speculation, innuendo, hyperbole and lies.

Moral of the story: Don't count your chickens.

When all that hits, and the public sees they've been had by the media and the New Democratic Party leadership and their embedded stooges, it will be interesting to view the fallout.

Most middle aged conservative white guys say the same thing. Hell, most of you don't really understand what racism is, or what it looks like.

If you aren't wearing a white hood and lynching someone, you're not racist. And if you are wearing a white hood and lynching someone, maybe you're a racist, but let's hear if you have a good reason before we jump to conclusions.

Benghazi was NOT, however, a "scandal".

Are you sure? Obama and Hillary asked the Republican Congress for money to improve embassy security. Republicans said no. Then Benghazi happened. Maybe that increased security could have protected them. I'm not at all sure it wasn't a scandal - there's no accountability for Republican harm usually.

i disagree. i think that they are all in. i worry about what that translates to.

And that was the point of my similar thread, to say that I think that while they seem like fanatics now, I think it's a sugar high that will evaporate.

LOL All I can say is this Charley....

I find these types of predictions made by leftists kind of amusing. They're made way in advance so when they fail to come true, no one remembers them.

Yep; like Avenatti is gonna bring down Trump, Don Jr. will be indicted, Omarosa's tapes will expose Trump as a racist, Pencil-neck Schiff has ironclad prove of Trump's Russia collusion, etc. etc. etc. And in between the constant screeching for impeachment which has now faded to a hoarse whining ...

When all that hits, and the public sees they've been had by the media and the New Democratic Party leadership and their embedded stooges, it will be interesting to view the fallout.

The media will do their best to ignore it all, but it'll be hard to ignore indictments.

I agree. I mean, the Ohio shooting never took place, considering the way the left propaganda ministries rushed away from it to make up stories about the El Paso shooting.

They are doing the same with all the really bad stuff coming down against Ohr and his wife, and the FBI, etc..

But when people are indicted and the facts start making headlines, it will be very different.

It should be different now, but that just shows how corrupt and dangerous the 4th Estate has become.

:lamo

Deflection.

What happened to all of those "documented" scandals that you PLAGIARIZED from Heritage.org, huh? I thought you'd be ready with another one, so I could to shoot it down (i.e. educate you).

Freakin' brainwashed, bat-crap-crazy conspiracy theorist.

Oooooh, Now I remember, Its that same old woman screeching in the kitchen again. lol

I thought I smelled old underwear again. Its just the screeching old lady again lol

Well written Op/ed:

Everyone will eventually turn on Trump. Even Steve Doocy.

It's too soon to say when Donald Trump's presidency will end, but it's not too soon to say how it will end. It will end in disgrace. And when it does, Trump's defenders will turn on him. Some already have.

Trump's sycophants are as loyal as he is — which is to say, not at all. In The Art of the Deal, Trump counted Roy Cohn as a friend, calling him "a truly loyal guy." After Cohn contracted AIDS, Trump "dropped him like a hot potato," according to Susan Bell, Cohn's longtime secretary

The people who are loyal to Trump are loyal not because they like him as a person but because they have something to gain from him. In an interview with The New York Times, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) admitted that he embraced Trump "to try to be relevant." So far, his plan has worked superbly — Graham has a recurring slot on Hannity. Once Trump is gone, however, Graham will no longer need the man he once dismissed as "the world's biggest jackass." He will find someone else to latch onto, and he will forget about Trump just as he forgot about John McCain.

.......

Trump's post-presidency will be sadder and more pathetic than his presidency. His presidential library will be neither presidential nor a library. His memoir, if someone writes one for him, will be dreadful — ghostwritten, poorly written, replete with falsehoods and errors, and bereft of insights and useful information. His presidential papers will contain such statements as "Horseface"; "trade wars are good, and easy to win"; "a very stable genius"; and "your favorite President, me!" No mainstream public figure will want to be associated with his legacy.

.......

After resigning in disgrace, Richard Nixon partially rehabilitated himself. He wrote a 1,120-page memoir and a succession of books about foreign policy. He counseled presidents and appeared on serious news programs to opine on world events. Time columnist Hugh Sidey, who had chided Nixon during Watergate, called him a "strategic genius." President Clinton gave Nixon a fawning eulogy.

Jimmy Carter is widely regarded as having been a better ex-president than a president. His approval rating rose from 31 percent in 1980 to 64 percent in 2009, thanks largely to his humanitarian work. According to The Washington Post, he "helped renovate 4,300 homes in 14 countries for Habitat for Humanity." Trump, on the other hand, reportedly appropriated money meant for a children's cancer charity.

............

After Trump leaves office and has fewer things to do, people will have fewer reasons to listen to him. Ex-President Trump will call Fox & Friends every morning, but they will ignore him. Instead of ranting on air, he will leave voicemails for Steve Doocy's assistant's intern.

====================

Let's mark this one down. Trump's presidency will end with a whimper, if not in disgrace. And when that happens, virtually every Trump acolyte (including those here on DP) will begin the process of distancing themselves from the legacy of corruption, incompetence, immorality and shame that Trump will leave.

Already, we're seeing some of that from the Righties on this board. And it's only going to get worse.

I started a thread similar to this some time ago. I agree. Someone suggested, and I agree that instead of New York, where no high-profile person will want anything to do with him, he'll retire and spend most of his time at Mar A Lago, in FL. He'll probably want to start some type of TV station in an attempt to stay in the news each day - something he sorely craves.

I agree with the opinion of what's motivating Lindsay Graham - a pathetic character as well!

End Game for Trump: It Ends Badly for him

tRump is sleazy and slimy, he has found a way to get around multiple business failure and bankruptcies and failed marriages. He's the most successful failure in the history of the world. I don't see much bad happening to him, except - hopefully - not getting reelected. And I don't really give a **** what happens to him after that, as long as he is NOT the next President of These United States.

The media will do their best to ignore it all, but it'll be hard to ignore indictments.

The hold up that is they are missing even one shred of evidence of wrong doing. That makes it difficult to say the least. :lamo

Well, today Trump praised the Communists over the democracy craving protesters in Hong Kong. That should tell us how his memorial will play out--not well.

I don't think you have any idea what evidence anyone has since the Trump hating media doesn't tell you anything.

This just in: trump might want to buy Greenland! Can you say, "Fortress of Solitude"? :2razz:

It will be interesting to see if he as an e-president if he welcomed to the ex-president club.

Considering his relationship with the Bush family, I think he'll be a pariah, as always. He's the quintessential outsider, always look in and can't understand why.

Is this guy some kind of self proclaimed prophet? roflmao. I think he is just revealing his wet dream brought on by his Trump mania. Trump will more likely be touted as the POTUS who destroyed the Democratic Party. The DEMS are on their way out and political correctness is being relegated to the ash heap of history. I'm more interested in the party which is going to replace the DNC. Libertarians perhaps?

Imagine the Dumbs thinking they can win on a platform of 90% tax rates, socialized healthcare industry, socialized education, free food and services, open borders, eradication of the rule of law and freedom of speech, political correctness and financial collapse.

Oh I left out 96 Trillion dollars to combat make-believe Global Warming. lol. An amount literally greater than our ability to fund with 100% of GDP. LMAO.

Umm... none of this is an argument.

I mean, there are a number of effects that you argue will happen, just not a single reason why this will occur.

There is no such thing as certainty in an election.

At this point, I would not bet against Trump being primaried. Tea leaves certainly indicate this is a real possibility.
