No it isn't. In the video, you can clearly see that they were doing the deaf applause. And remember the OP said that the "jazz hands" was used as an applause because they're "terrified" of the real applause.

Umm. Well, there is the video. Then there is all the video's from college campuses with student's crying for safe spaces, multitudes of gender identifications, etc., etc., etc..

Hard to miss. In fact, I would think either someone would have to be in denial, or willfully ignoring them.

I've never seen such a clown show in my life... At first I started laughing but that didn't last long. It quickly hit me that these people are actually being taken seriously by the left and are gaining more and more power and influence every day in democratic politics.

I had the same response. To think, these people have come from all corners of the nation.....

My first thought was they were just some fluke bunch of complete nerd losers who have found some way to feel important.

But they aren't, and they are indeed being taken seriously.

I find your microaggressions offensive and I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say... You're harshing my buzz.

This is a safe space sir and either go back and check your privilege at the door, or we're putting you on time out.

Unserious people. Jazz hands, ftw.

Saw a longer clip where they were going over rules for the convention etc. One of them was "Don't talk to cops and if you see anyone doing that report them to those running the convention". It was said almost off handedly. Such casual fascism.

Did I go?

I ended up with a scheduling problem.

I could have either attended the DSA meeting, or volunteer for a 5 year complete tax audit from the IRS.

It's tough to breakaway from the IRS once they get going.
