Rashida Tlaib Paid Herself $45,500 From Campaign Funds

Sounds like Rash has herself some corruption scheme going on here.

No matter what that lady does, no prosecutor would dare touch her.

The Squad are exempt from any kind of legal prosecution.

That's just how the cookie crumbles in 2019 America.

Besides their general radical wackiness, with the 4 horsewomen of the apocalypse we have:
An FEC cheat.
An immigration and tax cheat.
One who can't denounce Antifa (actually this is probably true of all 4)
One who thinks skin color had better dictate thought or else.

They wouldn't go after her for something like what was described in the article. That all sounds like it would bee a losing battle and the only reason to fight it would be to get a political "win"...which is why Democrats go after Trump for stuff like that.

According to your source...well, let's quote the source, since you where not willing to:

"If the candidate wins the primary election, his or her principal campaign committee may pay him or her a salary from campaign funds through the date of the general election, up to and including the date of any general election runoff," FEC provisions state. "If the candidate loses the primary, withdraws from the race, or otherwise ceases to be a candidate, no salary payments may be paid beyond the date he or she is no longer a candidate."

An FEC spokesperson said that a candidate can pay themselves after the general election only for activity that occurred up to the day of the election.

It goes on the talk about later payments, but also explains how they could be legal.

So what we learn is apdst favors locking up people who disagree with him politically but have committed no crime. And far too many do not actually read sources before posting. And we learned that Soros is everywhere!

It's difficult to take money illegally from a type of US political fund which dozens of unsuccessful political candidates are still dipping into theirs decades after they left politics.

Good thing those Federal Judges threw it out of court for its ridiculous claims while stating this should have never been filed in the first place.

the case was tossed because the judge found the governments had no standing as plaintiffs
the emoluments clause is still being violated
another high crime and misdemeanor to address during the forthcoming impeachment
