What's next for the trump family?

There will come a time when trump won't be president any longer. Given his behavior for the past several years, embracing brutal dictators, lying repeatedly, being convincingly accused of obstruction of justice, embracing white supremacist talk, enriching himself at the expense of the taxpayer and allowing himself to be influenced by foreign powers - will trump and his family have any friends left once he's not in office?

He loves to roam around and be seen in New York. I'm not one to encourage people to harass him in public, but will anyone even speak to him in his home city?

Just wondering out loud...

My guess is the family will continue to live a very successful life, and I'm hopeful they will continue to taunt the intellectually vacant left. But that's so easy, a caveman could do it.

probably golf. then it's back to grifting millions of dollars, tearing the country in two, and flirting with a situation in which idiots start firing their little guns at each other over tribal loyalty and choice of infotainment channels. i suppose that i should be happy that it's not jail for them, because if that were to happen, i'd probably drink so many celebratory toasts that i would end up spontaneously combusting.

Someone who fails to lead a "very successful life" with all that accessible and/or inherited and/or inheritable money should not be let out of a metal cage and/or straight-jacket for their own safety.

They'd have to try to corner the silver market or something.
 
Maybe he will get a deal in west Virginia, Alabama or Mississippi like the guy in Arizona. Sell everything in New York and New Jersey and move there among his faithful.
I wanna see him in jail but if the past is pretext that won't happen. Hopefully he will take his ill gotten gains and go off into obscurity but I don't think that will happen until severe dementia kicks in, then they'll hide him.

Nope NYers hate him! He may have to move to Montana, but he might not like it out there... There are pockets of Trump supporters in the tristate area (NY, NJ, CT) but they are few and far b/t. Also a lot of the people who helped him win in 2016 are either in jail or running from the cops... So there is that he can look forward to. He thought he was lonely during the gov't shutdown? Just wait until people aren't paid to hang around him and the SDNY shuts down the Trump Org.

I was thinking he might try to move his family to Russia, but Putin won't want trump when he's not president and of no use to him.
 
Trump doesn't have a bunch of year left in him. Maybe he pays someone to write a book for him again.

My only prediction is after he keels over his family will turn on each other like starving wolves over the inheritance, but that's an easy guess in tons of families.

I actually don't want to see him locked up. To wish him ill would be to behave too much like him and I know I'm better than that. I just think he's going to live a pretty miserable existence. Can you imagine how relieved people like McConnell and Graham will be after he's gone - not having to cower in the corner and carry his water any longer? I'm betting they despise him more than anyone!
