Yes, the best argument for impeachment is that Trump has literally committed impeachable offenses - both crimes and just sheer unbecoming conduct.
It's sheer insanity to me that the Dems aren't all hammering this.

The Dems need to work through their "blowing off their kneecaps" phase before they get onto beating Trump. They will have to beat him at the polls. Impeaching him can be part of that process. But Impeaching him will not result in his removal. It could result in a disgustingly embarrassing vote by GOP Senators as Trump is so far beyond the pale at this point. At the end of the day, they will take that embarrassing vote not to remove him as they are too far down the rat hole now to turn back.
Back to the Dems:
- to a candidate they decided that Castro's plan to decriminalize illegal crossing was "well received" though if it was it would simply be an indication that we have as many idiot Dems in the Electorate as we have idiot Republicans in the Electorate. Maybe unfortunately it is now a country simply overrun by idiots. At any rate, the Dem candidates need to back away from support for Castro's idea and leave Castro to stew in it. ITs IDIOTIC. You don't want run of the mill asylum seekers punished for crossing the border? Don't put a sadistic maniac in the WH. Its the sadistic maniac in the WH that denied Prosecutors the right to prosecutor illegal border crossings and in fact denied every possible prosecutorial discretionary move but one, criminally prosecute.There Secretary Castro...problem solved. You don't try to strike down the statute, YOU GET RID OF THE SADISTIC MANIAC. Striking down the the very existence of the criminal statutes immediately brands them as "open borders dems". Good luck with that one!
- While having entirely endorsed Castro's proposal regarding illegal border crossings, the Dems are all over the map on Healtcare and if they are not careful they are going to turn the issue into a quagmire. They are not going to get to single payer in one dramatic move. They are not going to eliminate private health insurance in one dramatic move. They need to take over so they can do what should have happened, building on the first step that ACA provided instead of having an administration try to kill it on one hand and claim to be supporting portions of it on the other hand. That is simply more BS Trump gas lighting and nothing more than that. They need to support a bridge to more sustainable solutions and a bridge is exactly what the ACA has been. It has survived all of the Orangutan's efforts to kill it because it works. Enough squabbling about its imperfections. Get the Orangutan out of the WH before he takes us all down.
