Hatch Act was an example of how their speech has been limited, not the whole point. It was a border patrol Facebook group, it seems. According to my search results, several agents have been placed on admin leave pending further investigation. Google "border patrol rape joke."

If some of them did, arrest and put them in prison for the rest of their lives. It'd be stupid to disband an entire organization because of a few bad people. It pales in comparison to an entire region (the Middle East) that permits men to do those terrible acts (once again, Israel is not included).

The image of Bucky Katt exists because the drawing exists. No image of a rape exists because there was no rape. If you can't figure out something that basic, I see no way of getting through to you.

This is a perfect example of how the left needs embellishment to hide the utter lack of an argument. If she had a point to make, why couldn't she just make it without resorting to such hyperbole?

There is no, repeat no, as in NONE, protection for speech that advocates or encourages the commission of a crime no matter how some people might laugh it off or make the sick argument that it was "just a joke." Besides that, those who are trying to make that absurd case are showing us how they are part of the fan club for the rape and murder culture in this country. Trying to deflect the topic to Muslim countries is the lamest not to mention cowardly of ways to try to dodge that fact.
