Sort of like liberals and the media when it comes to Trump?

This crap is so amusing. For the past few days we've had to listen to liberals explain to us what Trump really meant this past weekend which of course is anything evil and unholy you can come up with and then one of their own says something equally stupid and not well structured but since she's a liberal we're to believe her intentions were pure and honorable.

I really think some of these knotheads truly believe their side is everything good and benevolent while everyone on the other side is pure evil straight from hell.

I mean honestly, how is one to refrain from making fun of these people?

So far as Trump is concerned, it's information overload. There's a constant torrent of mendacity from him and his supporters. His history points to his racist nature, as well as his words which need only to be taken at face value. His dupes try to rationalise away his every utterance as meaning something different to what was obviously said. Fake news becomes an art form.

What history?

The ones liberals make up like Mexicans are rapists and there's very fine people on both sides?

You're side constantly lies and distorts and then tries to use those lies and distortions as proof of something that isn't there.

Wait, you're not even an American. Why are you sticking your nose in our business?

I'm not looking to waste my time talking to someone from a country who's biggest issue is sum'mer teeth.

"I don't want to bring a chair to an old table. This is the time to shake the table. This is the time to redefine that table. Because if you're going to come to this table, all of you who have aspirations of running for office. If you’re not prepared to come to that table and represent that voice, don’t come, because we don't need any more brown faces that don't want to be a brown voice. We don’t need black faces that don't want to be a black voice. We don't need Muslims that don’t want to be a Muslim voice. We don’t need queers that don't want to be a queer voice. If you’re worried about being marginalized and stereotyped, please don't even show up because we need you to represent that voice."

Own those words, brah.

Own what words? Representing your people? Why do you think that is wrong? Isn't that what representatives do?

"We don't need queers that don't want to be a queer voice," said black racist democrat Ayanna Pressley, to which Trump responded that if disgruntled Americans do not like America then let them go somewhere else.

Pressley essentially said that if you are a queer and you cannot support democrat narratives about queers then keep you mouth shut, we don't need you saying anything. She suggested that if you are brown or black and cannot support the democrat narratives related to browns and blacks then keep your mouth shut, we don't need you talking. Black racist democrats are extremely bigoted, narrow minded, racist leftists, and they don't mind telling people they want all other viewpoints silenced.

Rep. Ayanna Pressley: "We Don't Need Any More Brown Faces That Don't Want To Be A Brown Voice" | Video | RealClearPolitics

Another example of the democrats diversity in action. You have to believe the democrat party line of get out. Hey isn't that what Trump said , Love America or get out?

Pressley is saying, "We don't need no Uncle Toms".

Democrat definition of Uncle Tom: Any black man refusing to parrot the dummass racist democrat black man narrative.

Democrats in the House are racist, just ask Congressman Clyburn.

According to dummass freshmen democrats Nancy Pelosi is racist. No, Nancy Perlosi is not racist, the stupid lying democrat freshmen are dummasses.

You are being dishonest, or just stupid.

Pressley is calling on people to talk, to be a voice. That is the opposite of telling people to shut up. She’s saying that if people aren’t willing to speak up for their own minority community, she doesn’t want them to run.

You should really work on your reading comprehension skills.
You heard wrong. No surprise.

Pressley is demanding that browns, blacks and queers parrot the racist party line or shut the hell up.

"Essentially said..." = "this is the worst possible representation of her words I can think of..."

I can see how if you were to interpret her words that way it would cause you to have serious disrespect for her, and I agree.

She was speaking to an audience of liberals, or in your telling, those who by being there at that conference and in that audience, "support and promote the leftist racist commie agenda" and she was telling them if they're not going to be brave, do the hard work, if they're going to be content to sit quietly in a corner and defer to the big money crowd, go along with the status quo, stay home.

Would you be surprised if at a gun rights, 2A, NRA conference, and the speaker said to those who were all committed to the gun lobby agenda, "If you're not willing to support our gun rights agenda, don't come. We don't need anymore pro-gun faces who don't want to be a gun rights voice!"

No, that's exactly what you'd expect activists to tell other activists who share the same views on gun rights. Come and fight for gun rights, or don't come! What should a gun rights activist tell an audience of OTHER self-selected gun rights activists if not that?

I don't mind her appealing to the left but she is wrong to say those blacks, browns and queers who cannot parrot the black racist democrat narrative should shut the hell up.

So the TV show "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy", and the LGBT slogan "We're here, we're queer, get used to it!" are inappropriate and not politically correct???? Are the gays on "Queer Eye" filing anti-defamation suits?

I won't rebuke the black woman for referring to democrats as blacks, browns and queers. I just think she goes overboard when she tells them they should parrot the racist democrat party line or shut the hell up.

We don't need queers?!?!?

That's the damnedest thing I ever heard.

Seriously... <SMH>

Who's gonna help me find the perfect house when I hit the lottery?

Who's gonna take care of my baby girl when she needs a wedding dress?

Tell me! Who?

Yes sir. They'd better not be messin' with our queers. God bless 'em all.

And I LOVE Ellen too!

Yeah. Like, perhaps they should take a loyalty oath, amirite?

The black racist freshman makes it clear that if blacks do not remain loyal to the black racist democrat narrative then they will be ostracized by those blind black democrat loyalists who are faithful to the racist democrat party.

Your OP is a bald-faced lie. If you had cared to actually quote the version of her comments that exist in the real world instead of the version that exists solely between your ears, ;) you would have read this:

I don't want to bring a chair to an old table. This is the time to shake the table. This is the time to redefine that table. Because if you're going to come to this table, all of you who have aspirations of running for office. If you don't correctly understand what Pressley is saying, then you need to step aside in favor of those who do. :)

I understand the black racist freshman upstart. Democrats on the other hand cannot understand Trump because of their blind party loyalty to the racist democrat party.

I don't mind her appealing to the left but she is wrong to say those blacks, browns and queers who cannot parrot the black racist democrat narrative should shut the hell up.

Like all the other critics of hers on this thread, you are not using her own words, but making up your own false characterization of them and then attacking that.

"I ran for Congress to do this work from a place that is people centered. I believe firmly that the people closest to the pain should be closest to the power. I don't believe anyone is truly voiceless. I do think that there are many people who are unheard, and it's our job to create space for those voices to be heard."
...
"All of you that have aspirations of running for office, for whatever lived experience or identity that you represent, if you are not prepared to come to that table, and to represent that voice, don't come"

I'd ask what "narrative" she's demanding others "parrot" but you cannot answer because she made no such demands.

Instead, she said "for whatever [narrative] that you represent, if you are not prepared to represent THEM (versus the old guard, establishment, donor class, whatever) then don't come. She didn't exclude ANYONE or any "narrative."

Now, obviously, she's a far left liberal speaking at a far left conference, so the audience isn't going to be pro-gun anti-abortion Tea party MAGA types. But even with that obvious qualifier, she excludes no one, not even them.

The entire message is inspirational, and amounts to nothing more controversial than, "Don't be a stooge, work and fight and do the hard work for those who elected you, the people." It's a populist message in many ways, not unlike much of what Trump says.

She is going much further than that.

"If you’re not prepared to come to that table and represent that voice, don’t come, because we don't need any more brown faces that don't want to be a brown voice."

In essence, she is saying if you won't toe the racial line, don't bother to show up.

She is playing this card...

...against her own people of color.

Funny that you don't even realize that in your bitching about a race card you are playing a victim card.

It looks like you're trying to see how many times you can type the word 'racist' and misuse it every single time. It's a good effort! "democrat (sic) party" is always a good touch as well.

Cut/paste that part of her comments.

I'd bet a nickel against him doing it, but to get anyone to take the bet, the odds would have to go to 1000-1 or so I think, and gambling with those odds gets a little ridiculous.
