I think she would make a great neighbour. Certainly better than having a racist, or someone who supports racism for political expediency, living next door.

Do you have a citation for that other than your butt crack?

    Do they stay poor?

Are you poor or something? That would suck if so, you're getting out-competed by people who had a tougher upbringing most likely and speak English as a second language.

You seem confused. I never mentioned her color nor does it interest me as it seems to interest you. Secondly, I never once said that she wasn't here legally or wasn't a citizen. Seems like you're 0 for 3.

Omar invoked a poisonous anti-Semitic narrative about Jews using their money to manipulate global affairs. This came just weeks after she’d had to apologize for a 2012 tweet in which she said that Israel had “hypnotized” the world,

Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the House Democratic leadership rebuked Omar and called on her to apologize for her “use of anti-Semitic tropes and prejudicial accusations about Israel’s supporters

Omar came under attack for supporting the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement, which seeks to use economic pressure to secure Palestinian rights

She is a self declared anti-Semitic jew hater.

Omar habitually portrays herself as a victim. It’s an irritating tic. But she has not been the victim of any reported hate crime. A young refugee to the United States from Somalia, Omar was elected to Congress at the age of 36. This achievement must make her one of the most fortunate citizens of the United States. Her claim to victimhood represents the new style of American assimilation.

I prefer to call them like I see them. She is a racist ungrateful anti Semite who lashes out when her problems are outed.
Omar is Trump's nightmare and his bases, and if you called it like you saw it, then you wouldn't give Trump a pass on his anti semetic statements. Trump's base defends him no matter what.

What evidence do you have that we're getting poorer? Economic data shows historic lows in unemployment, rising incomes, rising wages, and a declining poverty rate.

There's no consistent logic being presented here.
Again, we need to bring sources to these claims.
The US national poverty rate has remained basically unchanged since 1970 - fluctuating (slightly) between about 12% and 15%.

Not when they are less violent, harder working, and have more integrity than many Americans. That reflects my experience with refugees and American citizens.

Plus, considering these are people who made it through all the dangers and obstacles to arrive at your Southern border, I would suspect they will also make the USA smarter as well.

Who the hell needs a citation for what is common sense? Import a lot of poor, illiterate people and you get poorer simply by virtue of having to educate them, train them, provide for them when they have no income, spend money on law enforcement if they turn to crime, etc, etc, etc. Import trained, literate, skilled people and you don't have such problems. That is not to say that we can't be a haven for some poor, uneducated people, simply not the masses that certain people think we should absorb.
