Yes, tell that to all the miners who were promised their jobs back, and all the lost hopes when the thousands of promised new mining jobs failed to materialize. Trump lied to the very people who elected him and who relied on his promises to secure their future. Your "time and place of secure plenty" is anything but secure. Do you not understand that after every economic boom there inevitably follows bust? I don't think you do; your attitude is that short-sighted.
