You lose credibility when you describe them as immigrants. They are not immigrants. Immigrants enter the country legally. These are migrants attempting to take advantage of the loopholes in our outdated and insanely stupid asylum laws. And I seriously doubt that anyone is buying your claim that you were ever a republican.

You have the right for one vote and so do I. If you or someone else believes you can get away with limiting immigration by asylum seekers, take it to the polls. You're being told on the internet, I don't support your paranoia and never will. Go ahead and try to close our borders, it will only make us more determined to open them. If you can't compete with immigrants, that's your problem, not mine. The lawyer in me would suggest anyone deeply involved in what's happening at our border should stay in our country to avoid being arrested for human rights abuse.

I got an A+/A+ for my 11th grade English thesis on logic and the 11th grade English Award, so tell me about it. Why don't you try using the logic you claim to have?

An Inuit in Alaska or Canada is also an American, so is a Mexican, someone from Panama, Jamaica or anyone is South America. The United States of America is not close to being unique in calling itself the United States, many other countries in the Americas have historically use United States in their official name, like Mexico, for example. Some have changed their country's names out of revulsion.

A US citizen has the right to think the US is full and I have the right to think that person is full of ****. That's the way America works.

Again, it is not unlawful to seek asylum in a port of entry, so you obviously don't know the law well enough or you would never make such a claim. Whether you like the law or not, it is still the law.

Our government isn't run by a CEO who makes spending decisions and we aren't going to spend a dime funding a wall, so get over it. You made the problem, so fix it and stop crying for us to fix your mess. The answer is no.

Trump didn't write the current insane immigration laws. Trump didn't let 20 million illegal aliens into the country. Trump hasn't blocked building much needed improved physical barriers (aka the wall). Why don't you just admit that you have no interest in fixing it because it gives you a platform to dishonestly blame Trump. Once that is established, we can go from there.

Good points. The democrat party for decades has advertised itself as the party for the working class, the impoverished, the minorities, etc. However since the 2016 election, that apparently no longer applies. Some of them on this forum have went out of their way to claim that it it was basically the less educated Americans who voted for Trump. What they really mean to say is that the working class blue collar workers are just the smelly Walmart people. That line of thinking is what blew up their blue wall in the 2016 election.

It seems not that long ago when the libruls on these forums were demanding herd immunity in the form of mandatory vaccinations for all school children. Now they don't seem to care about screening tens of thousands of Central American migrants flooding our borders for contagious illnesses. Then they blame Trump when some of these non-vaccinated migrant children end up severely ill and in our hospitals.

Like I said above, I'm sick of them saying they care for others. The above, (bolded) is a perfect example. They pretend to care for the working class struggling to make ends meet but if they don't go along with the Dems., the name calling starts. And don't let me get started on their phony women platitudes. Hillary was no feminist.

They exploit, and USE these people as a tool against their political opponents to gain/stay in power. They don't want things to get better at the border. IF they did, they'd urge the obstructionist Democrats to do something about it!
It's good to see so many are finally waking up and seeing that in reality, they are their tools.

Bingo! If the liberals didn't have double standards, they'd have no standards at all.

Look at what they are saying about the immigration raids about to take place tomorrow. Trump is doing his job, following the rule of law, but now he is a bad guy. Remember when they cried that Trump was NOT above the law? They pretend to care about the country NOT going to war, Trump pulls back preventing a war and he's the bad guy.
Their narrative changes on a daily basis, like most change their underwear. These people, the entire lot of them are nothing but Trump resistors. They don't care about anything but their own self-serving political agendas.

I think many more then the democrats want to admit woke up to that reality in 2016. Even minorities are starting to work out that the democrats only care about them as long as they can control them as a voting block.
