Another young man of color gunned down by police

I bet he was.

Hey, did you hear Trayvon Martin smoked weed and made a thuggish pose in a photo uploaded to Facebook?

Also, Michal Brown might've robbed a store. The cops needed to put that thug down!

Ridiculous, it was an ACTIVE WARRANT.

"Man killed by US Marshals in Memphis was wanted for armed robbery, shooting in Mississippi: Authorities"
"
Webber then allegedly told the victim that he wanted to see what the car could do, and after the victim got out of the car, Webber shot him five times, Champion said. The victim is alive but is still in the hospital, the prosecutor said.
"

Omg, its not like theres an extensive history of violent criminals standing a greater chance of dying a violent death, is there?

And when a police officer actually acts that way without provocation or justification, I am the first to decry it.

Maybe I missed it. When have you decried a police shooting?

Keep in mind is these videos show some tiny fraction of the unjustified shootings. Police officers protect each other. When there's no camera they lie to protect their friends.

What activists want is a system of accountability that involves more than prosecutors who work with police and police policing themselves.

this happens every once in a while-often when two cops give conflicting orders or the victim is under the influence and cannot comply. But would you agree with me that a guy who has shot down an innocent man in a premeditated and cowardly fashion, is probably more likely than not-going to disobey a valid order from a law enforcement officer?

If you're talking about the case in the OP, it sounds like a justified shooting on first reading. If he was armed, had a warrant and was resisting arrest then it's his fault he got shot.

Comparing this guy to John Dillinger is flat out laughable

Sounds like the bad guy was a threat and was shot by the US Marshall's!
Glad no law enforcement/innocent citizen was harmed.
Play stupid games and you will win stupid prizes, especially when you mess with the US Marshall's.

So, where is the OP? Appears to be a baiting thread to me, only to get reactions...

I'm glad that violent criminal is dead and therefore will never harm anyone again. I wish more violent criminals were no longer among us.

Given your messages, are there any violent criminals you don't like? Or is it only violent black criminals that you like?

What is it about you bleeding hearts that never tell the entire story or even the truth about these confrontations. We don't want to discuss the fact that Brown tried to get the officers weapon or continued to approach the officer after being told to get on his knees.

If you are stupid enough to approach an officer holding you at gun point and refusing to obey his commands then you are a threat to everyone. I don't want anyone that stupid to be able to fight with the officer for a chance to get his weapon. If you decide not to take your case to court in front of a judge and decide to confront an officer in the field with a gun instead then you get what you get.

Pretty simple, don't want to get shot, do what your told in a confrontation with a cop and put your case in front of a judge like any reasonable person would do.

Makes you wonder that people are really about, doesn't it? Now, someone here this am is asking if " fear of 'white extinction' is provoking racial bias among american whites".
That makes me wonder what the situation in Memphis is really about. Racial bias, defending some thug who shot a man, ran, rammed his car into another, got out of the car, weapon drawn, because of skin color.
There is your answer.
Justice be damned.
OP, nothing but flame bait nonsense not in search of truth or answers.

Dozens of officers injured by rowdy protesters after man shot dead by US Marshals Service - ABC News

Couldn't find where this news was posted.

Absolutely heartbreaking. This is where I'm going to be watching each of the Democratic presidential contenders closely to see their stance on important social justice issues.

This seems simple enough. If you don't want to get shot by police, stop stealing cars, shooting people. and drawing down on police when you get caught.

heartbreaking?

an armed felon was trying to kill LEO's with a car...and then got out of the car brandishing a weapon

what exact response would you have liked?

Second reading and third reading too.

I'm always sorry for a human life to be snuffed out. And of course it's always possible that the report is false or distorted. But if it happened the way it was described, it's hard to see what else the marshals could have done.
