Yes, a congressperson who actually cares about the people will be quickly shunned by the powers that be. But, that makes sense. Idiots thought voting for Trump was a vote against the "elite."

She's new and there is the inevitable experience gap. But there's a reason Fox goes after her so hard: young, ethnic, attractive, populist - she's the future they dread. If she can hold her seat for ten years and build a following the right wing will really have something to fear.

I’m not sure citizens needs to be protected from being asked on a form if they are citizens once a decade. Not exactly a pressing problem

So true. I'd prefer to say we are at DP, just to be fair. Bear in mind though dummies can get elected, if they play it right. I just don't think AOC is one of those, she's got some ideas.
