Charlie have you ever seen anyone who is truly white? I haven't. Well maybe their death bed where all life is leaving them. The closest thing to white would be a snowman. When this country was in its early years there were a lot of nationalities/races marrying and producing children. On my mother's side they were Irish, English, French. On my father's side they were immigrants of Mediterranean with Jewish roots and their skin was very olive. My mother's side has roots dating back to the Mayflower. But it was my great great great grandfather on my mother's side that married a Shawnee princes when after the Revolutionary war was granted land in Ohio for his serviced that was not a state but a wilderness full of different Indian tribes. One of his sons became my great great grandfather. He and his wife produced 4 sons. An Indian tribe not Shawnee attacked his homestead and scalped them but left the children unharmed. The four boys were 6 years and under and were split up to nearby settlers to be raised. They served in the Civil War and they too were granted lands in Ohio for their service.
I am really fed up with this worn out race card the left plays over and over again and I truly believe the majority of the people are too.
Thanks for bringing up this idea because I have pondered this idea before you mentioned it in this post.
I have never seen anyone who is pure white. Yes and yes... snowman exception would be accidently using a patch of yellow snow. Yes, that was true in the early years and is still happening to this day.
Thank You for sharing some of your family's history. I find people's family history interesting and enjoy hearing family stories.
I have very little information for my mother's side, mother from Austria and father from Ireland.
My father's side, many ancestry names for both his father and mother, so I'll keep it short and only provide the main names...
father Jewish/Hebrew (Levi,Simon,Rice) Indian (Cherokee) mother Scottish (Kilgore) English (Rutherford)
One of my relative's last name Rice died in Confederate Andersonville Prison.

Back to skin color subject...
The closest to white would be people called albinos. Their skin is whitish but not pure white they have a tinge of pink to their skin.
The only "race" I recognize is the human race. We are all equals as human beings. I find, regardless of color when you smile and say "hi" the majority of people respond with a smile and at least return the "hi" but sometimes it turns into a conversation.
The color of each person's skin has very little to do with who we are as a persons, what determines skin color is something called melanin.
Melanin definition and meaning | Collins English Dictionary
Melanin is a dark substance in the skin, eyes, and hair of people and animals, which gives them color and can protect them against strong sunlight.

So, I think judging people by the color of their skin is illogical.
Do you know there are real blue people?
Blue Fugates - Wikipedia
True story my Dad's nose starting turning blue he went to see his doctor and the doctor explained to him a medication he was taking sometimes caused blue skin. He changed Dad's medication and after awhile his nose returned to his natural color.
I am also fed up with the color of skin being used to divide us and I agree the majority of people are too.
