White House adviser and President Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner refused to say outright on Sunday whether he would hold Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman accountable for the gruesome death of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

In an interview with “Axios on HBO,” Kushner was noncommittal on whether the crown prince must account for the body of Khashoggi, a critic of the Saudi royal family who was murdered after entering a Saudi consulate in Istanbul on Oct. 2, 2018.

Please let me know how you feel about Kushner and Trump suggesting plausible deniability in who ordered the hit on Khashoggi.

Personally, I detest Kushner and Trump's open coziness with despots! Off the rip, I have the Crown Prince and Kim Jong-un in mind. IMO, it takes a deplorable level of ignorance, insensitivity and complacency to continue to support Kushner and Trump.

The U.S. can do better than Team Trump!

Since when do we hold the Saudi's responsible for anything, though?

One doesn’t bite the hand that feeds you.

That interview is the reason Jared usually doesn’t grant interviews.

Crown Prince and the Clown Prince!

Not to upset your rant here, but no one has held Saudi Arabia "accountable" for anything for decades now. Just about every US President in the modern era has sat back and watched that theocratic nightmare of a government model do whatever they want to whomever they want.

Saudi Arabia killing Jamal Khashoggi while a horrible and reprehensible act, it is also a drop in the ocean of things Saudi Arabia has done.

While using those same attacks against Iran's government, showing the attacks are nothing but excuses for policies decided by corrupt interests. Imagine if the 9/11 attackers had been from Iran instead of Saudi Arabia.

He is a dumb little ****, but his daddy bought him nice degrees.
Also lacks anything resembling a spine.

So he fits right in with the Trump family.

You interpreted my OP as a rant?

If you gauge the hit on Khashoggi as a mere drop in the ocean of reprehensible acts by the Saudis, do you support the current relationship between the United States government and the Saudi government?

You come off as ambivalent.
