Young people blame climate change for their small 401(k) balances - MarketWatch

Like many people her age, Rodriguez believes climate change will have catastrophic effects on our planet. Some 88% of millennials — a higher percentage than any other age group — accept that climate change is happening, and 69% say it will impact them in their lifetimes. Engulfed in a constant barrage of depressing news stories, many young people are skeptical about saving for an uncertain future.
“I want to hope for the best and plan for a future that is stable and secure, but, when I look at current events and at the world we are predicting, I do not see how things could not be chaotic in 50 years,” Rodriguez says. “The weather systems are already off, and I don’t think it’s hyperbolic to be a little apocalyptic.”
Lady, you're a freaking moron.

The same batch of losers who think there are more then 2 genders and thinks a degree in "Gender Studies" will help pay off their student loan debts before they die of old age.

Yet another bull**** headline that doesn't match what was actually said.

Stop listening to liberals and you'll be much happier and well adjusted. Put down the cell phone, turn off MSNBC and go for a walk.

Stop listening to headlines and you'll have a better grasp of what was actually being talked about. OP should apologize for posting that clickbait nonsense to this forum.

My response isn't to the headline. It's to the paragraph under it.

And you posted this clickbait so what does that say about you? A rhetorical question of course.

Yeah, that's part of how clickbait works. Let me help you out:

Not one single person mentioned in that article actually cites climate change as a reason their 401k is small.

So what? The paragraph doesn't mention 401k's and I didn't reference them either.

I just read whatever was visible in the title, it was missing the '401(k) balances' and my mind automatically thought "Young people blame climate change for their small penises"

I like your headline better and it was just as relevant to the article as the original. To be fair to Renae, the inaccuracy originated in the article cited so the fault was with MarketWatch. Not her.

And have babies if you want them, for God's sake!

What clickbait...? That's the title of the article, and it's discussed at length...

Read the ****ing article. The hells, I just posted a bit near the to to entice reading, it wasn't the executive summary of the thing.

The title is full of ****. The paragraph you pasted is full of ****. The article's own contents don't support such foolishness but you're acting like it does.

It's easy to literally invent an argument for someone and then call them stupid for believing the nonsense you invented. That doesn't make it accurate.

Same **** from the same people. Just a different day.

You didn't read the article. Have a nice day.
