No, actually, showing was WAS obstruction of justice to any reasonable reader. Of course, there can always be unreasonable people - such as people say they think trump is bald, or female, or African-American - people can say anything. Mueller made a strong case for impeachment AND indictment, but as he explained, the rules did not allow him to say those conclusions. But the evidence is there.

Good suggestion - but it also makes sense to investigate first, and impeach when that's done. Otherwise, you would leave many likely crimes uninvestigated.

There was more time spent on investigating Benghazi than was spent on the investigation of the 9/11 terror attacks. The investigation began in 2014. The panel, which spent nearly $8 million over two and a half years, disbanded at the end of the 114th Congress in 2016. Trey Gowdy who was Chair of that committee grilled Hillary Clinton ruthlessly for 11 hours, TWICE.

The Republicans kept that going for more than 2 years and had really finished their investigation but held off giving final conclusions until after the 2016 election.

When it wrapped up, Gowdy called the report the “final, definitive accounting” of the Benghazi attacks.

“The committee is proud to have been able to tell the story of the ingenuity and bravery displayed by our nation’s heroes in Benghazi, who banded together to save one another, when no other help was ever on the way,” Gowdy said.

Elijah Cummings said; “Republicans voted on this partisan report five months ago, but delayed filing it and completing the committee until after the election,” “Republicans promised a process that was fair and bipartisan, but the American people got exactly the opposite.”

I have to add, 'what goes around, comes around', eh?
