No, they will not. Warrants are when law enforcement officials go somewhere and serve a warrant to search the premises

Congress does not do that. Are you really that.....( never mind ).


Congress has the right to investigate "high crimes and misdemeanors" and comment to the public about it.

Note that their investigation is not a criminal investigation, and, as such, is not limited by the constrainst of criminal procedure, ie., it's a conduct investigation for the purpose of determining fitness for office.

Do you see the difference?

Some people will never see the difference. It requires mental capacities demonstrably not in evidence.
