[W:108]Which Trump do you agree with

Re: Which Trump do you agree with

Well, I knew of course, that none of the facts I dug up would matter.

So, let's talk about Trump going to Mars. No, no one thinks that he, personally, is going to Mars. That's just an absurd straw man. I wonder, though, if he really believes that Mars is a part of the moon? Given his understanding of science, that's at least plausible. Windmills cause cancer??

So, again, you repeat the lies from liars spreading propaganda, you accept them as fact or simply make up crap pretending you're clever.

Do you wonder WHY you need to take these approaches instead of just citing real world facts that might support your fantasies?

Re: Which Trump do you agree with

As far as I can tell, most parts of your delusionary view of thew world and Trump seem to have been included.

There is only a propaganda based, tangential relationship to anything in the real world, but that is to be expected. Glib, uninformed, untethered to reality and founded primarily on hate of the president.

Again, can you link to the platform statement from Trump that supports your assertion?

"Untethered to reality" describes what passes for your 'president', perfectly.

Because Trump supporters are immune to real world facts. Were they not, Trump would not have been able to con them.

Care to define the "con" are you fantasizing?

Re: Which Trump do you agree with

Still no link, but at least you DID finally list a date that you seem to like in this.

NOW you are saying that he officially changed his position in 2011.

His intention to run for President was mad official in 2015.

Your timeline collapses under the weight of real world facts.

Donald Trump officially filed papers to run for the White House on Monday, cementing his entry into the 2016 field.

“I am pleased to submit this filing to the Federal Election Commission [FEC], formalizing my campaign for President of the United States," Trump said in a statement.
<snip>

He looked into running for president in 2011. That is when he was looking into polling numbers. That is around the time he did a 180 on most of his positions, stopped donating to liberal democrats and RINO republicans IE the establishment, when stopped supporting the jobs the liberal democrats and RINO Republicans were doing and when he jumped on the birther-tard band wagon. If you honestly think 2015 is when he decided to run for president then you are a moron.

Sure. The dictionary does a good job of defining terms:

a swindle in which you cheat at gambling or persuade a person to buy worthless property
Synonyms:
bunco, bunco game, bunko, bunko game, con game, confidence game, confidence trick, flimflam, gyp, hustle, sting

I am asking for evidence of fact and you are claiming to have a psychic link to some ethereal source through which you are able to peer into the soul of others exposing their inner thoughts and secrets.

Outside of your mystic abilities, what do you offer as proof to support your delusions?

Sure. The dictionary does a good job of defining terms:

Sorry. What I meant to ask was that you CITE the particular con you are fantasizing.

I posted various links in this thread. 2011 is when he actually looked into running for president, did a 180 on his views, stopped donating and supporting liberal democrats and RINO republicans and jumped on the birther-tard band wagon. The only one delusional is you. You honestly think Trump's change of views is genuine.

I don't believe either. He says what he thinks the moment calls for not that he believes a word he says.

So many to choose from! Here's one:

Yes, Trump University Was a Massive Scam
By IAN TUTTLE

Many people believe that higher education is a de facto scam. Trump University, Donald Trump’s real-estate institution, was a de jure one.

First thing first, Trump University was never a university. When the “school” was established in 2005, the New York State Education Department warned that it was in violation of state law for operating without a NYSED license. Trump ignored the warnings. (The institution is now called, ahem, “Trump Entrepreneur Initiative.”) Cue lawsuits.

Trump entertained questions about running for President in 1988. The link below shows St. Oprah discussing this with him. It also shows him not ruling out the idea.

Using your logic, it is this point in time or earlier when he was thinking about it. Using your logic, it is this point in time that you need to use to set your premise.

Once again, though, he hated abortion all along. Coming down on one side or the other of this issue is not a 180 turnaround. It's about a 2 degree change for most thinking people.

If you are 100% certain on the justifications for your position on this practice and have absolutely no questions concerning your position, you are either a blind ideologue or an idiot.

Or, like Margaret Sanger, the person who is 100% certain on their justifications may be a racist, genocidal monster with an agenda driven and evil goal.

Re: Which Trump do you agree with

The fact that he was sued for fraud and lost.

The article said that the suits were still pending. In an article i searched, it said he settled out of court.

How many students enter regular colleges and universities and get worthless degrees? How many people pay good money for anything and end of getting nothing?

Individual failure on the part of one person does not prove liability on the part of another.

Nationwide in the USA, there are about 20 million students attending college. Give or take.

Nationwide in the USA, only about 2 million Bachelors degrees will be awarded each year. Give or take.

Fast Facts: Back to school statistics (372)

Of the number of folks who actually DO get their 4 year degree, only about 27% get a job related to their field of study.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...elated-to-their-major/?utm_term=.51d65b5377e3

"Real" colleges are at least as big a "con" as Trump University. They deliver as little and cost more. Should all of these be shut down as well due to individual sloth and stupidity?

Of the 20 million in university every year, 10% get 4-year degrees. Of that sliver, 27% find work in their field of study.

A paltry 2.7% of the students bodies nationwide will graduate and find work in their field of study. What was the same placement rate from Trump University? If the rate was above 3%, this outfit would have been above the national average.

So, your argument is that since college students aren't necessarily offered a good job in their field after graduation anyway, opening a fraudulent university and fleecing the people who attend is perfectly OK.

Oh, and Trump was ordered to pay $25 million to pay back attendees to his so called "university."

A federal judge in the Southern District of California on Monday finalized a $25 million settlement to be paid to attendees of the now-defunct real estate seminar called Trump University.

The a-holes who took Trump's classes were idiots. There's hardly a question about that.

However, suing a guy because you paid to be taught something that you had no capacity to learn is less on the teacher and more on the student.

I paid for some Liberal Arts Degrees, had a great time in college, but have never been employed in any field of my studies.

Do I have a case similar to the ones that got settled for the 25 mil?

If you still think that a college education at an accredited school is comparable to a degree from Trump U, then you may have a case. Clearly, you weren't taught critical thinking skills.

Using your logic, it is this point in time or earlier when he was thinking about it. Using your logic, it is this point in time that you need to use to set your premise.

Entertaining the idea and actually considering it while doing a 180 in most of your views are two separate things.

Coming down on one side or the other of this issue is not a 180 turnaround. It's about a 2 degree change for most thinking people.

Once again, though, he hated abortion all along.

Lots of abortionist claim to hate abortion. It doesn't make them pro-life. It just means they are trying to fool you into thinking they are not some horrible person for supporting such a despicable position.

If you are 100% certain on the justifications for your position on this practice and have absolutely no questions concerning your position, you are either a blind ideologue or an idiot.

The thing is you are someone who naively believes someone's 180 degree change in positions right before they decide to run for president in genuine. I seen this "miraculous change" trick with the past couple elections. Mitt Romney for example governed Massachusetts like a liberal, took a **** on the 2nd amendment, enacted Romney-care, was pro-choice and supported many other liberal positions. But when he ran for the 2012 president elections he suddenly was a conservative. He was suddenly pro-life. He suddenly supported the 2nd amendment despite enacting anti-2nd amendment laws that Obama has wet dreams about passing at the federal level.

You shown yourself to be gullible. Here is some advice. If someone tells you they have someone ocean front property in Arizona or the deed to the Brooklyn bridge to sell you. Then you should stay as far away from that person as possible.

Or, like Margaret Sanger, the person who is 100% certain on their justifications may be a racist, genocidal monster with an agenda driven and evil goal.

Sanger was a racist who supported eugenics when she was alive. Plenty of her quotes back this fact up. What else would call a racist who supports eugenics and started an organization for that purpose? A saint?

Along with the other 95% or so of the college enrollees that are not employed in the field(s) for which they paid cash.

What are the grounds for the folks who brought suits against Trump? If they are not arguing the worthlessness of the degree vs the income generated, it seems there would be no standing whatever.

Most people would call her "the founder of Planned Parenthood".

Again, changing a position on abortion is not a 180 degree turnaround for most. I detest abortion, but support the availability of legal, safe, well regulated abortion. For me to change my position would require about a 2 degree change in my thinking.

You seem to be aware that there are myriad considerations to account for in this topic and yet dismiss them. This is mysterious to me.

Whatever they argued, they won their case. Trump is a certified fraud, a 25 million dollar fraud to be exact.

And, we knew that before the election, and still elected him president. What a sad commentary on the American voters!
