This is just the most recent example of the House Dems showing their desperation. They didn't get what they wanted from the Mueller report and it showed them to be damn liars for 2 years!. They are now running the House committees like opposition research groups fishing for dirt while claiming it is congressional oversight. Shifty Schiff can threaten all he wants, it isn't going anywhere just like Mueller will not be giving testimony to their committees. But what is on track to happen is Horowitz will be releasing his report and referrals of prosecution are coming. Anyone who has been following this picked up a lot of bombshells Barr was sharing and those who are guilty picked up on them as well like the fact there have already been indictments over leaking classified information. Barr also stated his investigative team would be working closely with Horowitz in the days to come. That left some folks with lumps in their throats.

My "concession" has taken place in the same place the "collusion" happened, in your imagination.

I think Trump should pay the $25,000 to the treasury but dock Schiff's salary for the same amount.

Far as I know, the courts use US Marshalls or Sheriffs to collect or enforce levying of fines, but I am not sure Congress operates the same way.
When I have sued entities in Small Claims Court or in a superior court, it was indeed the Sheriff's Office who "tapped the till" at a business to enforce collection on a judgment.

One such entity was a major record company.

Easy to do I should think, you garnish their pay check like any other Fed employee who has a debt to the Gov.
