I have been against impeachment until today.
The House needs to document all this garbage he has done, it's so much and vote then send it to the Senate.
Yes, I know the Senate will not vote to impeach but it will be an historical record to hang on the GOp forever.
The sadddest part, for me, I am a republican. Where has my party gone.

Look, I know you're no fan of liberalism, or the Democrats in general, but please try and get this.
I believe I can actually speak confidently for most of the liberals and Democrats on this forum when I say that we feel there is a need for impeachment which has absolutely NOTHING to do with the fact that Donald Trump is a Republican.
In fact, I also believe I can actually speak confidently for most of the liberals and Democrats on this forum when I say that the bulk of our entire OBJECTION to his presidency has NOTHING to do with the fact that he is a Republican AND nothing to do with Hillary.
As a matter of fact,
I even believe that I can actually speak confidently for most of the liberals and Democrats on this forum when I say that ALL of the above AND MORE hinges strictly on the fact that Trump's behavior itself demonstrates an unfitness for office which is well nigh indisputable, entirely above and apart from ALL POLITICS altogether.
Yes, Democrats are UNHAPPY when a Republican wins the POTUS...yes...
I GRANT YOU EVERYTHING.
That is not what's happening here, that is not what's happening now.
Believe it or not, it's NOT ABOUT YOU Republicans at all.
Simply put, Trump is a scary and dangerous individual who neither understands or respects the office, the law, democracy or the Constitution he is entrusted to defend.
And lastly, I think I can even speak for most of us if I say that, if Trump had won AS A DEMOCRAT, it would PAIN US GREATLY but in the face of conduct such as his, we would be forced to accept the reality that we had elected a monster.
And it would most likely destroy OUR party the way he is destroying YOURS right now.
We can fight like cats and dogs, but right now, there is a job to do, save the country.
This is not about conservatism. He's destroying that too, and believe it or not, many of us are sometimes on the same side as you on some issues.
We are not your enemy. We love this country.
I'll wait and see if there are any LIKES.
If there are NONE, then maybe I really AM wrong and don't speak for anyone but myself.
But I am betting I will have a TON of liberal support on this one.
And if that turns out to be the case, maybe you might not be in the mood for a liberal "group hug" but just know this much:
We consider you conservatives (well, the rational and sane ones) to be our fellow Americans, even when we disagree.
Greetings from your liberal allies on the Left, let's do our duty and live as a free people and we will fight again someday, but maybe we will once again learn to sit down and hammer out what's best for our beautiful country TOGETHER.
Maybe that is the lesson to be learned from the Trump presidency, to respect and honor that one most precious gift we have, which we might be on the verge of losing forever....if we do not act.
