Smollett committs a crime (multiple counts).

A crooked state attorney let's him skate, Scot free.

Smollett's lawyer accuses the brothers of committing a crime.

The brothers sue the lawyer's ass off.

It's as if Jerry Springer and Maury Povich had a love child!
It's farcical. The brothers feel their good name was besmirched because Jussie's lawyer lied about them committing a homophobic hate crime, when they really only pretended to commit a homophobic hate crime.
For money.

Well, we had 2 very high-profile sides making contradictory claims which couldn't exist at the same time, not even in Schrodinger's cat box.

Bahaha… Yeah, right. Have you been up here, bud? Resource wealthy, only 33 million people to share it with... haha... I mean, look at how are two nations formed: Canada was founded on commerce and prosperity...America was founded by people who got along with others so poorly that they had to find a new continent to live on, and it hasn't changed all that much since. :)
 
I am still of the belief that the FBI should arrest the two brothers for a violation of an individuals Constitutional rights and then using their testimony, charge Smollett with conspiracy as the ringleader to violate the Constitutional rights of an US citizen. Hell...as an organized and paid criminal act, they could probably even apply RICO statutes against him (they could hit him both with an act of terror and with an organized obstruction of justice count).

Any chance that could still happen, you think? I'm still wondering what of that fake terroristic threat letter, with white power, sent through the U.S. mail.

I think not only COULD it happen, but Smollett himself pretty much has NECESSITATED that it happen. He INSISTS he was attacked and the 2 bothers have acknowledged THEY attacked him. So we have the attackers...the rest is just logic follows.
