All the POTUS needs to do is actually devote his days to working -- actually reading and consuming detailed briefings and becoming excellently well-informed on public policy matters -- rather than sleeping late, watching television, focusing on miscellaneous matters that are beneath the office of the POTUS and tweeting all day long (because one learns not when one does the talking), and jaunting away on the weekends to play golf with entertainment celebrities.
