I know that Trump will be the GOP candidate for Pres so no question there. If Bernie though becomes the Dems candidate I begin to wonder who he would choose for VP. My own thought is that Bernie like trump is a narcissist and as such would never pick anyone who would or could upstage him. In fact I think he would choose someone we would never guess. Basically a no name person who maybe could win a state or two for him, but would stay out of Bernie's way. What do you think?

i'm not convinced that he'll be the candidate. however, if he is, the prudent path might be to pick a very popular and dynamic moderate from a swing state.

Sanders should choose Tulsi for VP because she will fight for the same things as him.

She also has a descent Astrological score and Sanders can't run in 2024 because of his Saturn return.

Predicting US Presidential elections

Biden, Sanders 7, Tulsi Trump 5, Clinton -1, McAuliffe 9, Brown 11, Landrieu, Ivanka 14. Trump has new moon before the election advantage, won't break model to win.

Tulsi's youth and military training will get things done and keep thing grave.

No doubt...Sanders and Gabbard, losing 2020 in a landslide!

Amy Klobershaw once she fails to get the nomination. Maybe Brown. He didn’t want president, but he may be interested in VP(?).

A lot of time between now and next Summer, so any guess is a possibility.

Could have had Sanders could have had Biden?

Instead we have Trump?

I don't know.

I don't see why Sanders should loose especially with a strong running mate and proper contingency.

Please explain your bias.

yep, it's pretty early in the game at this point.

Brown is a great pick.

I don't know Amy's score.

I was just thinking about this earlier today.
Amy Klobuchar or Kamala Harris seem to be the natural choices.

Because 1) Trump will simply label Sanders as a socialist for months on end and that will scare more than just his base and 2) Gabbard would be a horrible VP candidate.

Why would Gabbards be horrible?

Just think, a Jew and a Hindu.

I'm not scared of Trump.

Their supposed religion has nothing to do with anything. Besides, Sanders Judaism is moot, he is not an active practitioner.

Gabbard is young and relatively unknown. But once you start digging into her background and her positions, she would be a detriment along similar levels as Sarah Palin was for McCain.

I think you underestimate his political savvy and character. He will pick someone who is an establishment moderate, , someone who will gain him votes with a demographic he is running weak with, and someone from a major swing state or southern state.

He needs someone with major ties to the party itself, and someone who he can send down south and into the Midwest to campaign.

I wonder if Trump will stick with Pence...

That's why she should be VP first so sanders can hammer some sense into her head and she can get a better picture of what she is doing.

As religion; a Jew has in their genes ancestors that offered the blood of bullocks before the lord as a holy sacrifice and Hindus think this is the devil.

Tulsi is also Christian.

Background is fifteen years in the military, but I admit her positions are not a grasp on the office.

You can't be a Hindu and a Christian.

I don't think Sanders will be the democrat's nominee. But if he is, he should pick someone from a swing state. He already has the Northeast and West Coast locked up. Any Democrat does. Brown from Ohio would be ideal. Brown could deliver Ohio, no Republican has won the presidency without taking Ohio. That would make the most sense to me numbers wise, electoral college wise. But I'm not sure that two old white men would be acceptable to the Democratic Party.

With me, when it comes to elections, it is all about the numbers. Personally, I think the democrats would be better suited to go with a fresh young face. If that fresh face is from flyover country, so much the better. Whomever they go with, where ever he is from, I'd make darn sure whomever is the candidate is able to attract the independent voter. The last Democratic candidate didn't and lost.

I know that when the Democratic primaries roll around, whether or not a candidate could, can win independents will be the farthest thing from their minds.

You can't be a Hindu and a Christian.

I know, there are a lot of Hare Krishnas who have karmi spouses, I don't see how they can do it. I have to be free. What do they do, feed their kids meat?

So I don't know just what is Tulsi, she doesn't even wear Tulsi.

Certainly a Christian can be a Hindu, lots of Hare Krishnas are Christian.

You can listen in class and think if instead of Krishna he said Jesus Christ how would this make sense, and it always makes perfect sense, although I don't agree with everything they say.
