We have no evidence that Trump wrote Barr's statement, or limited how he conducted that press release.

I'd say it's pretty obvious he didn't because there was no praise of the economy, hyperbole about Barr knowing more about investigations (or other subject) than anyone else, or similar hyperbole containing "best ever, greatest ever" etc.
