President Trump’s legal team is preparing to issue a rebuttal to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report on Thursday, to refute any allegations of obstruction against the president, Fox News has learned.

A source close to Trump’s legal team told Fox News on Wednesday that the president’s lawyers have been working on a counter-report in anticipation of any obstruction of justice claims in the report, which is slated to be released to the public on Thursday.

Anyway, Barr said a general overview of the report was provided to the WH expressly to royally piss off the left.

I think we all know that the Mueller report will not say "innocent". I think we all know that even though Barr will have gone to great lengths to mask the conspiracy against this nation the American people will see through the facade and find what they need to have Trump impeached and thrown in jail. It will be obvious that he was Putin's stooge the whole time and that Comey, Baker, Clapper, McCabe and Brennan did everything they reasonably could to protect the people of the US but were undercut every step of the way by racist, xenophobic, theocratic Trump zealots. Rachael will show us the truth and Don will be the heart and soul of that truth on the screen.

I understand your propagandists have a hard time keeping up with trumps nonsense, but I'm pretty sure you have combined an earlier crisis management strategy with a more recent one.

So do you believe Mueller supports "our" position and is also stupid or do you believe Mueller provides proof we were right?
 
Considering that no one has yet to see the report, it sounds like, to me, this is just in preparation for it. Now doubt the report is going to have names of people who talked to Mueller, and Trump is going to want to know who said what, and we'll probably see a cabinet shuffle at the very least.

Mycroft sets a new record for hackishness with this post. He can't think up a single lie to use to deflect but he compulsively must say something defiant on His Master's behalf.

So he picks the word "massive" as his Trump defense for this thread.

If the report said categorically that trump was innocent we would have had the whole un-redacted thing the next day.

And I'm trying to figure out why Barr didn't release his summary to everybody. What can trump and Co See that the rest of us are forbidden by law to see?
 
The 'big reveal' on Thursday really doesn't mean a damned thing. Anything damaging to Trump will be redacted. That means A LOT will be redacted. Nothing matters, Trump's team will scream and pound their fists on the table demanding that the investigators should be investigated. When you can't kill the message, you try to kill the messenger.They'll claim everyone is tainted, every investigator in the FBI or M4 or CIA or wherever they received intelligence is contaminated and can't be believed.

That's how it's going to be for the next two years.

Actually, my comment had nothing to do with Trump...and everything to do with calamity's record for constant nonsense. I've just established that this thread is a continuation of his nonsense...complete with him making **** up.

Interesting that reports out of the Trump Legal Team are that their own rebuttal report started at 140 pages and as Barr has been redacting was down to 50 pages, more redactions down to 30 pages, more redactions, may simply release snippets of the 30 pages or release nothing at all. That suggests:
- that Trump and team not having access to the Mueller Report to this point is a LIE (what else is new)
- that Trump and team are working hand in glove with Barr
- that the redacted version is about the equivalent of a title page, 398 pages of redactions and a signature page (thanks for playing!)

Right. Like I said, it's all a conspiracy to cover up for Trump and Mueller's silence on the Barr disinformation campaign shows that he's part of the "maskirovka". I get it.
