This is how you behave in the days before a report that exonerates you comes out.

President Trump on Monday took a shot at the credibility of Robert Mueller's investigation by reiterating Attorney General William Barr's claim there may have been "spying" on his 2016 campaign, as Washington prepares for the long-awaited release of the special counsel's report.

In a pair of tweets published just after the Justice Department said the report will become public on Thursday, the president renewed his claim it was written by "18 Angry Democrats who also happen to be Trump Haters" and "should have focused on the people who SPIED on my 2016 Campaign."

"INVESTIGATE THE INVESTIGATORS!" he tweeted early Monday morning, before writing in a later post that "THEY SPIED ON MY CAMPAIGN (We will never forget)!"

I see this as Trump getting past the report...moving on to what actions, and by whom, prompted the whole Trump/Russia thing.

btw, did you know that some of those "18 Angry Democrats" were part of the small corrupt group in the Obama administration who started the whole Trump/Russia thing? One of them was Andrew Weissmann.

With an inexplicable amount of Team-Trump Russia contacts occurring during the 2016 campaign, a counterintelligence operation was the prudent course to take.

Anything less would amount to official malfeasance.

Counterintelligence =/= spying.

Why not prepare a 200-page rebuttal to a report that totally exonerates you?

"No Collusion, No Obstruction, Complete and Total EXONERATION. KEEP AMERICA GREAT!"

Donald J. Trump after the release of AG Barr's summary of the Mueller report. So what's he got to worry about? I don't get it.

This is the same guy who three weeks ago said YES HE DID when he was asked if Muller acted honorably. You cannot trust the word of Trump from one minute to the next as its changes with the wind.

Of course you get it. I am sure you get it. Only a blind as a bat Trumpet would not get it. That was more DonDon BS. New day...new BS from DonDon.

There is a motion on the floor to refer to the un-redacted Mueller report as Mueller Genuine Draft.

Do I have a second?

I think we'll find that this "inexplicable amount" was mostly set up by Brennan...with the help of the FBI...long before the FBI "officially" started their investigation.

THAT, if true, would be "official malfeasance".

And if not true, then would prove all your claims to be BS. Sorry but the chances go towards your comments being BS as USUAL.

Evidence? I remember you being all anal about evidence for the Trump-Russia thing. Are you not worried about evidence now or just taking talking heads word for it?

Tell you what...keep your denial and hope alive, but don't get depressed when you are surprised and your hopes are dashed.

There is a LOT of evidence of official malfeasance by the Obama administration.

"all anal"?? What does that mean?

What evidence do you think I should be worried about?

Take your own advice CON.

There is a LOT of evidence of official malfeasance by the Obama administration.

Only by made up fools who are idiots and liars. You guys have had a REPUBLICAN president, REPUBLICANS congress, REPUBLICAN led DoJ for over two years and STILL couldn't get anything on Obama or Hillary. Either Trump is proving that his administration and Republicans are COMPLETELY incompetent or your spouting BS as usual. And don't give us any BS about Republicans being against Trump. Republicans have NO love for Obama or Hillary and would GLADLY hang them out to dry if they could with TWO YEARS to do so. They haven't. Now while I think Trump and the Republicans ARE incompetent, I don't think they are to the level you would have us to believe. So we're back to you and your comments being BS as usual con. :lamo

Well this release is unlikely to be the final word either. There will be questionable redactions: in addition to the usual identity protection and security concerns, I fully expect Barr to have tried to cover up some of Trump's most egregious misdeeds.

Hopefully some closed intel committee hearings will get their hands on those details so at least some of the right people know.

I'll wait for the leaks.

Flynn, Sessions, Manafort, Caputo, Gates, Page, Trump Jr., Kushner, etc. etc. etc.

Except that there WAS NONE, unlike the Obama Swamp and Clinton Campaign....

Is a FISA Court Judge an idiot and a liar?

2016 Cert FISC Memo Opin Order Apr 2017 (4)

If he's calling it illegal, YES he is. Otherwise, your incompetent fools have had TWO YEARS and done nothing. So tell us when something different from the last two years ACTUALLY happens. You can't refute anything I've said con, so go run away as usual rather than spouting irrelevant crap.

Actually, the judge is a she...which you would know if you opened that link. And yes, she did call the actions illegal and she stopped the ability for ANYONE to conduct these queries. She even said, in her ruling, who was conducting these illegal queries...but, of course, the names are redacted.

The question you should be asking...instead of ignoring...is who was conducting illegal NSA queries, who let them do this...and why were they doing this. Keep in mind this all happened during the Obama administration.

One thing you can be sure of, though, there are people who CAN see those names unredacted. Up till now, those people have actively suppressed this information. Now that there is a new AG (that is what's different), that may change.

Sucks being on the business end of the old "If true" ploy, don't it. After 2 years of "If true" this, and "If true" that aimed at Trump, the worms turning. If you start whining already, before the spit hits the fan, it will make you look kind of, well, thin skinned. The way Brennen was back peddling after the "Mueller investigation" produced ZERO indictments, get used to it. The Don is pretty vindictive.

I'm hopeful that Brennan will be named traitorous scum bag of the year and locked up for a long time with a 400 pound guy longing for a new wife.
