Should be interesting to see if Twitter is liable. IMO, I doubt it. He didn't have to post there. He may have a point if he can prove Twitter shadow bans Republicans. I've heard the latter complaint many times by well known Republicans and conservatives.
From a Main Stream Media Source:
Devin Nunes Sues Twitter for Allowing Accounts to Insult Him - The New York Times
If those were parody accounts impersonating and mocking liberals, they would have been banned much sooner.
Did you see Joe Rogan show with Tim Pool, Jack Dorsey and Vijaya Gadde?
For anyone interested in an expanded information on this subject ...
Nunes sues Twitter, some users, seeks over $250M alleging anti-conservative '''shadow bans,''' smears | Fox News
Don't Worry! He's a Republican. Therefore all rules are suspended, anything they've done to smear him is fair game, dismiss the suit, and charge him for even filing a suit.
As one article I read said..."Discovery should be very interesting."
Boohoo. Saying anything other than something mocking of the thin-skinned Nunes in this thread is just....
Public service announcement: If any Big Brave Ttough Rugged Individualist Self-responsibility Teh Freedomz (TM) conservatives feel threatened by a twitter joke about David Nunes, they should feel free to build themselves a twitter-free space. They can hunker down and think about all the times they called anyone else a "snowflake"...
Enough with the despicable False Martyrdom Syndrome.
