I wasn't about to waste any more of my time with someone so intellectually dishonest.
At least he is consistently intellectually dishonest.

Cute. Now...Oh dear; a simple Google search will tell you, but I'll save you the trouble. There is La Raza which is the California-based Latino lawyer's bar association the judge was affiliated with, and then there are several other La Razas, one being the Hispano-centric entity which you're dying to be able to associate the judge with. Unfortunately for you, you cannot. So now who's getting 'squarely kicked in the balls'? Ain't me sonny. (Does it hurt much?).

Cute. Now...
What is "La Raza"? Specifically. Come on now...its not that hard. I know you are DESPERATE to avoid saying the words and thats both amazing, and also funny as ****....
No..I havent been 'told'. So far, Ive had three people desperately avoiding the direct definition of the words "La Raza". Its pretty ****ing pathetic when you think about it. But sadly...all too common. You've been told. Talking to you is like trying a conversation with a parrot. You just don't know how to lose an argument with dignity (holes, digging, you know the one). Have a nice day.:2wave:

:lamoThe direct translation from Spanish is 'the race'. There, you can go eat your lunch in stress-free peace now. Glad to have helped.

See...now why was that so hard? It literally took you twisting and turning and manipulating and avoiding the simple FACTUAL answer for 7 ****ing hours and NUMEROUS posts.
Your video won't play for me. Maybe it's my location, but can you check it please? Thanks.

Nonsense. Trump based his entire campaign strategy around his belief that his base is largely composed of ignorant cowardly racists. Those are the type of people who get scared and are stupid enough to lynch someone.
The question is, do you think Trump knows his base?
Oh I knew already. So did you. All 3 of you knew. Yet you avoided being honest for 7 hours and multiple posts. And what did you glean from that? Couldn't you have done your own damn search? It really is very simple; Google is your friend.

A sitting judge made a ruling...a rather unusual ruling where the plaintiff wished to withdraw...which should have ended the suit...but the judge refused to end the suit even after the plaintiff withdrew. Hmmm...now that is an odd ruling. Now if that judge was a white judge and belonged to a group known as 'the race'...it would be reasonable to assume that that judge might need to be replaced due to bias, wouldnt it? That doesnt state that the judge is incapable, or racist, but it absolutely could give the recipient of the negative judgments the perception that the judge might be biased, especially if there was a history of comments that rat politicians and the media had deliberately lied about to imply that the persons 'race' were rapists and murderers. Wouldnt you agree? ESPECIALLY since the judge himself has made an issue of his race?Honest about what? A translation from Spanish to English; something you could have quite easily done yourself. So, what was the reason you asked in the first place?

OF COURSE you knew race would come into this because the ISSUE was race, and the judge himself created race as an identity.Yes, I figured race would come into this. Look, I don't deal in conspiracy theories, assumptions, what-ifs or second-guessing. I wasn't privy to what went on in the court and neither were you. Let's leave it at that.
President Trump is NOT a "racist," if one accepts the usual dictionary definition.
He had certain policies regarding apartment tenants; he took a controversial stand in the Central Park murder case; he has expressed his preference for what country immigrants should come from; etc. BUT those actions do not meet the criteria as stated in dictionary definitions of that word.
But he is a cultural and religious bigot. Whats the dif other than in this country the size of the targets of his abusive nonsense.
He does use cultural and religious bigotry to dog whistle racial bigotry which is soooooo easy to do. In fact Trump started his political career on Birtherism, cultural bigotry used to dog whistle racial bigotry.
This entire thread focused on "racial bigotry" is simply a discussion of political reality for bigots. Some can afford to pick their targets based on racial bigotry (see David Duke). Some can't and have to pick on targets in this country that are weaker and easier to target like Muslims (example of religious bigotry) and Mexicans (example of cultural bigotry) and then use that to dog whistle racial bigotry (see Donald Trump).
You can try to explain how cultural or religious bigotry are actually any worse than racial bigotry because they are not. They are simply more political expedient in this country.
having a negative opinion about the teachings of a religion does not necessarily make one a religious bigot. look at all the haters of Christianity. are they all Bigots?
the cases you are sure to bring up do not weigh out in what you are saying... he banned travel from certain countries that were judged dangerous, he is trying to stop ILLEGAL immigration, nothing more. that is not bigotry if taken at face value.
