Mexican officials say MS-13 gang members from El Salvador infiltrated a group of migrants that traveled in a caravan from Central America to the country's border with Texas.


Miguel Riquelme, governor of Mexico's Coahuila state, said Mara Salvatrucha members were hiding in the group of around 1,600 migrants staying at a federally operated facility in Piedras Negras, Cohauila, and were recently identified by government officials.

"We have data that there are agitators inside the shelter, that there are members of the caravan who are provoking others, some of them belong to the Mara Salvatrucha , some others who bring criminal records in their country and what we have been doing is deporting them directly with Migration," Riquelme told local reporters, according to an English language translation.

I'm sorry, but you can't post the lead story from Hannity's show, complete with a single, uncorraborated piece from a right wing "news" outlet....and expect to be taken seriously.

Questions for all the low-information Trump acolytes:
(1) If a wall is so important, why were "dozens of MS-13 gang members" sitting in detention camps at legal ports of entry along the southern border?
(2) Why didn't they just walk across the unguarded dessert where there is no wall to deter them?
(3) Why would known MS-13 members with criminal records in their country of origin apply for entry to the US at legal ports of entry, and then submit themselves to the requisite background checks?

Bottom line here: Even assuming the story is accurate as reported by Hannity and the Washington Examiner (which is HIGHLY improbable)...the mere existence of "2 dozen MS-13 gang members" in a border detention camp just outside a LEGAL port of entry....TOTALLY BELIES any/all "build the wall" arguments we've ever heard from the race-baiting right wingers among us.
