Is Capitalism Conservative?

Citation needed. The highest household debt/GDP ratios are found in the capitalist countries.

Household debt to GDP is 10% for Venezuela. It's 77% in the US.
LOL, and Venezuelans are eating the family dogs and dealing with 10,000% inflation, lack of jobs, medicines and ordinary goods. Would you rather have that?

Their economy is nowhere near the US. Don't get me wrong. However, the problems are grossly exaggerated, and it would be interesting to see how it would perform without sanctions placed on it.

So what? What it's like NOW is the point.
And it's not perfect. I fully accept that we have a more robust economy. However, we have a lot of problems, and having nearly no debt rather than the massive amount of debt that our families have is certainly attractive.

And no politicians are supporting policies that would meaningfully change our household debt levels.
