James Baker's testimony backs up McCabe's claim of 25th Amendment talks at DOJ

It's pretty bad when two of the people Trump hired want to kick out their own president.

Baker has just about as much credibility as McCabe. (zero)

Furthermore, Baker had ample opportunity to align his story with McCabe before his testimony to Congress.

Page...well, she and Strzok both worked for McCabe. Page was McCabe's FBI legal counsel.

I suspect the lot of them are in cahoots to set Rosenstein up as the patsy in their efforts to keep their own asses out of jail.

So McCabe WAS INVOLVED in a SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY WITH ROSENSTEN...etal.

Given the plan was to do it within the bounds of a constitutional provision designed specifically for that purpose, I don't think we can call it 'seditious'. In fact it's rather like calling a court filing a 'leak', but who'd be that silly?

Given that even DISCUSSING such a plan is NOWHERE NEAR THE AUTHORITY OF THE DOJ, they committed SEDITION.

Read the 25th.

Hey, in fairness, you pick the devil you believe.

I mean, you guys believe Donald Trump, so theres that...

Trump, Hannity and Rush are their voices of truth. Sad.

Secretly recording the president isn't within the bounds of The Constitution.

Not to mention, the 25th Amendment says nothing about the FBI being included in the decision making process.

How'ed that Smollett thing turn out? :lamo

How'ed that substantially more important Russian meddling thing turn out?

How'ed that substantially more important Climate Change thing turn out?

How'ed that substantially more important Shutdown thing turn out?

If you're gonna use whataboutisms I'll bite right back use ones that will be going into the history books :)

Do you wonder what you people would be doing in their place if Obama had acted toward the Russian's if they had interfered in the 2012 election to get Obama re-elected and then Obama cozied up to the Russians like Trump has done. Obama would not have made it out of the first year of his second term as he would have been impeached. Yes, the GOP would have impeached and removed Obama for even less than trump has done. We keep hearing that trump has been tough on the Russians, yet he waited four months to impose the sanctions approved by the Congress and then removed part of them as soon as he could. I am beginning to think that the whole of the GOP is now in the hands of the Russians as we know many of the leaders took money for their last elections from people with ties to those very same Russians.

We know...

I notice there are NO OTHER NAMES....such as the imaginary "Cabinet Members"...

LOL! Had Rosenstein or McCabe ignored the evidence before them, had they not discussed further investigations regarding the president or the 25th Amendment, they would have been violating their oaths and failing to do their jobs. Not investigating him would have been the real scandal.

"BUT MUH COUP!!!!!"

The 25th amendment was not set up for that purpose. We have impeachment to remove a POTUS.

Not good for the conspiracy nutters.

How'ed that substantially more important Climate Change thing turn out?

The climate change thing that they had to use faked data to support (not prove)? That climate change thing?

How'ed that substantially more important Shutdown thing turn out?

Turned out great for me.

If you're gonna use whataboutisms I'll bite right back use ones that will be going into the history books :)

The coup of 2016-2017 absolutely will go down in history.

Not good for the conspiracy nutters.

The CIA, FBI, DHS, NSA, DOJ, are "conspiracy nutters"? (both Trump and Obama appointees of all of these agencies.)

You are aware the ICA says Russia meddled/interfered without question - correct? Please provide citation on how the ICA is wrong.

The climate change thing that they had to use faked data to support (not prove)? That climate change thing?

"Fake data" Huh? 90%+ Of studies and climate scientists are fake data? 13 Federal Agencies under Trump are all fake? Almost all major science organizations on Earth are "fake data"?

This is Flat Earth level stupidity.

Turned out great for me.

Huh? The shutdown was a disaster. Pointless. 1.6 to 1.3 billion and 800,000 lives put in danger for nothing. You don't hold out for less.

All 3 of these things major things you guys turned out wrong on. This is a fact.

What McCabe, and Strzok, and probably Rosenstein, and many others have shown is that they were indeed engaged in treason and a plot to overthrow and undo the result of a national presidential election before the election even took place. What it also exposes is a sickness in this country that has a large number of leftists that are so twisted by their pathetic hatred that far from being upset over this and demanding the perpetrators be brought to trial, cheer them, fee them, celebrate them.

Oh, I thought you meant as far as President Trump was involved. Yeah, you're right. A couple ABC agencies have said they "believe" Russia hacked the DNC. That's true.

Those agencies are overflowing with nutjob Libbos. They'll go along with anything that means giving the government more power.

This is Flat Earth level stupidity.

The global warming hoax? You're right. It is stupid.

It wasn't a disaster for me. I don't work for the government. You don't see those ********ers get fired up when government regulations put citizens of the republic out of work. **** those mother****ers.

We were right before and we're still right. Break my argument.

And the president got the idea for a state of emergency from Fox news. Does the constitution say anything about Sean Hannity being included in the decision making process?

Anyone can suggest it as long as it's the cabinet who makes the final decision. Elizabeth Warren is screaming it from the rooftops right now as part of her campaign platform. I suppose that's 'sedition'? If a million people get in the street and demand it the cabinet may consider the option. It's only because those near the top saw first hand (duh) the warning signs the President is mentally deficient that they were the first to suggest it.

But the decision still rests with the cabinet and they have a constitutional right.

Recording the president is a separate issue - that's just plain old whistleblowing.

Investigating the President is now considered "treason"?

They wanted to secretly record the president. That's when it became illegal.

If it was legal, Rosenstein wouldn't have lied about it; calling it sarcasm.

They also spied on the Trump Campaign. Spying on the opposition is what Watergate was all about.
