Stalin must be smiling from hell. Obama appointee, Judge Berman Jackson, citing her desire to " protect Roger Stone" , and keep him from "prejudicing the jury" issued a GAG ORDER, limiting Stone from commenting ON HIS OWN CASE.

Apparently, NO SUCH ORDER for the Mueller Keystone Cops Witch Hunt, who continue leaking what they HOPE WILL BE DAMAGING TO THE PUBLIC'S PERCEPTION OF STONE, with IMPUNITY.

This in addition to the OVER-THE -TOP predawn raid on the unarmed , elderly Stone, who is charged with PERJURY, seem like Public Enemy #1.


His 1st Amendment rights? Of no concern for Judge Berman...the Witch Hunt's HAND PICKED CO-CONSPIRATOR from the Obama Swamp...and concerns about Mueller CONSTANT LEAKING ABOUT STONE to the MEDIA PREJUDICING THE JURY..."not to worry", as far as Obama's pick is concerned.

If anyone ever wants to know what active propaganda and disinformation truly looks like, a post which calls a proper legal court filing a "leak" is a great example.

Filing a document with the court is not "leaking", and gag orders are long established court orders that in no way violate the constitution.

The Witch Hunt can disseminate what it chooses to Stone's detriment, and the judge seeks to BAR STONE from stating his case....and you see NO PROBLEM with this?

Facts are 'leaks' for the far right. They'd call a full blown press conference a 'leak'.
 
I dont know if it was illegal but rhe question being asked is fair. If the judge issued a gag order on the case to protect the jury from being prejuidiced why didnt the ludge seal the court filing too? Its not really fair for only side to be heard by the public without a response.

The gag order specifically states that Stone can discuss the case any place other than around the DC Courthouse. So, what’s the problem?

It is a limited gag order. He can talk about it publicly, just not by the courthouse. And the "leak" was a simple court filing, not an actual leak. Basically, everything in the OP is fiction.

So, just curious since you ran and hid from this thread, but did you finally figure out that your "leak" was actually a court filing? Why do you run and hide every time you get proven wrong?

Court filings are a matter of public record. They tend to be necessary for the proceedings to run correctly. They are not leaks.
