I hope she keeps her seat in congress but I doubt she'll rise to a higher level. She is amusing &
I happen to enjoy how she handles herself.

Like i mentioned the amusement of having AOC in congress is something we have never seen before,

The Republicans created Trump, which has been a disaster for them. So before criticizing the Dems, clean up your own backyard first.

They weren't paying Amazon 3 Billion in tax payer money, they were giving them 3 Billion in tax incentives, meaning they would have been able to keep 3 Billion more of their own money while still contributing far more in tax revenue for the state. The 2.3 Billion budget shortfall is reason #1 why this is a loss for the state of NY and not a victory.

The one argument against Amazon in this is that it is not right that they get favorable treatment from the state that others would not get. The government shouldn't be picking and choosing winners and losers in the marketplace. The issue is between what is just and what is good for the community. The added tax revenue from both Amazon and their employees, jobs, more money spent in the local economy, etc are unquestionably better for the community and state as a whole but it isn't fair to the other business owners located there that don't recieve such benefits.

Take it up with the mayor and the governor, both liberal democrats by the way, and see how happy they are that Amazon pulled out. And maybe I will take your name calling lecture seriously when I see you call out someone on your side for doing it. Thats all you guys do.

Like it or not, Trump is largely the face of the GOP. Like it or not, that title for the democrats goes to AOC. You created that monster and it will devour you. Thats if your Black face racists and rapists in Virginia or your anti-Semites dont do it first.
