He was in negotiations with the Baltimore Ravens. They probably could of worked out a deal on the money but his girlfriend also compared the owner of the team to a slave owner and that was the final nail in the coffin. This was the first article that poped up in a Google search Ray Lewis: Ravens were ready to sign Colin Kaepernick until 'racist gesture' by girlfriend - Baltimore Sun. The collusion case would of been hard to prove.

yes, we don't agree but I didnt have to post false narratives to make my points. Chill, its not your fault that you believed "colin got offers". That's just how the conservative media/bubble works. Lies are spread and you hear it so much you believe it. But Chill, it is your fault that when you tried to back up your false narrative and couldn't. But instead of admitting it you tried to pass something "sorta close". Chill, instead of looking for phrases and sentence fragments to back up what you believe, start from the stand point that the NFL settled. That alone should tell you Colin had a good case. And instead of "filtering out" things that don't support your narrative try to understand them (see post 12)
This week the 49ers announced their end-of-season awards, and in one of the two awards voted on by the players, Kaepernick took home the hardware.
The Len Eshmont Award is voted on by the players and is given to the 49er who best exemplifies the inspirational and courageous play of Len Eshmont, an original member of the 1946 49ers team. Eshmont, who coached at Navy and Virginia following his career in San Francisco, died in 1957. The award was established that year.

so that answers my question if you make up everything you post.
No, you got 20 years of a guaranteed job that anyone with a HSD can get.
I serve the people of my state as an attorney and during Law school i was a corrections officer. Before that, I spent 10 years in the private sector, in a job in which I actually generated revenue for companies, as opposed to being a mooch as yourself.
As for your time in Iraq, you had no business being there murdering and invading a sovereign nation. It was a farce and you were part of that.
The fact that you would mention that you don't pay taxes as some sort of bragging point is disgusting. Your entire life you lived off the taxpayers that had no choice in the matter.
Vern Colin setteling should tell you his lawyers were not confident in his case. It’s ok we have different opinions and in the overall picture this issue really is not important, at least not to me. I would happily debate another issue with you unlike some on these boards IMO we didn’t devolve into “you’re stupid” “ I know you are but what am I” style debate. I hope you have a pleasant evening I got to get ready for a gig tonight. Have a good one. And thanks for staying respectful
Sure do...follow the money $$$ Clear as day... as I said , the RACE CARD paid the Race Baiting Whiner better than his MEDIOCRE SKILLS ever did , or would.
I was all for Tim Tebow, but the atheistic dogs in the game were not. I was not in favor of Tim suing for being wronged.
How much did his "mediocre" skill pay him? He had a $126 million contract. How does a mediocre quarterback get a contract like that?
He didn't sue because of racial discrimination. He sued because he was prevented from playing due to collusion. Do you ever get tired of looking so pathetically misinformed and having to be corrected?
Was it a GUARANTEED contract? NOPE.
Did he play it out? NOPE.
Why? MEDIOCRE SKILLS , and the Niners realized their HUGE MISTAKE.
Colin Kaepernick received less than one-third of his 'record' $126 million contract
After leading the San Francisco 49ers to consecutive NFC championship games and one Super Bowl, Colin Kaepernick was rewarded with a "record" seven-year, $126 million contract in 2014.
But after three seasons of declining production, including one season of headlines surrounding his protest of the national anthem, we got to see that the contract was not nearly as big as everybody made it out to be at the time.
The contract gave Kaepernick a $12.3 million signing bonus and a 2014 salary of just $645,000. Those were the only truly guaranteed portions of the contract, despite reports that Kaepernick's deal included a record $61 million in "guaranteed" money. It turned out the $61 million was only guaranteed if he were to suffer a career-ending injury.
To make matters worse, Kaepernick was supposed to get his first large salary ($12.4 million) during the 2015 season. However, because of the way the contract was worded, that salary went down to $10.4 million. Kaepernick's salary went down $2 million each year if he was not named first- or second-team All-Pro, or if the 49ers didn't play in the Super Bowl the previous season with 80% of the snaps taken by Kaepernick. None of those things happened.

He SUED by PLAYING THE RACE CARD.
Keep pretending otherwise...the rest of America KNOWS BETTER??
What are you talking about? I've won as many superbowls as he has.
You claimed “Colin was about a good of a player as me”
So when did you lead a team to the Super Bowl?
After all, if you are as good a football player as he is, surely you have the achievements to back it up.....right?
Yeah, me and him have won the same number of superbowls. Is that stat correct? You claimed “Colin was about a good of a player as me”

No he didn't, regardless of how many times you make the fallacious claim.
wow, you should call the NFL before Colin cashes his check because this is the smoking gun that disproves collusion. mmmmm, this brings up an interesting point. If you know about this smoking gun, how come the NFL doesn't? Oh, I know why, its a "smocking gun".
Are you some type of parody account?
Time wasn't wronged. He could barely throw a pass. It's just the opposite. It's because of Tebow's celebrity that he got the chances he got given how awful his throwing motion and accuracy were.
No I speak the truth. And the truth hurts.
Yes, he did, no matter how many times you pretend he didn't.
You obviously failed to read mine. You obviously failed to read Tiger's post
They do know. They just want the drama to go away, which is what they purchased. It's a really common thing to do.
