The FACT IS, were this SLIMEWAD , De Silva, following the AGREEMENT HE MADE TO BE HERE, Valerie Reyes would not have been butchered and stuffed in a suitcase.

This case highlights the IGNORANCE of the Illegal-o-crats' claims that illegals, released with "court dates" at the border, to process their eligibility to stay here, can be trusted to return for those hearings, which EVERYONE KNOWS IS BULL****.

ILLEGALS DO NOT FOLLOW OUR LAWS, or HONOR THEIR AGREEMENTS WITH US TO DO SO...just like DE SILVA...who failed to report when his visa waiver expired.

Authorities say suspect in suitcase death is in US illegally


A man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend and dumping her body in a suitcase in Connecticut is a citizen of Portugal who has been in the U.S. illegally for more than a year, federal authorities said Wednesday as the victim's loved ones gathered for her funeral.

Javier Da Silva Rojas, who had been living in New York City, was taken into custody Monday and charged with kidnapping resulting in death in the killing of 24-year-old Valerie Reyes, of New Rochelle, New York. The charge carries the possibility of the death penalty.

Da Silva, also 24, entered the U.S. on May 8, 2017, through the Visa Waiver Program and was required to leave by Aug. 5, 2017, Immigration and Customs Enforcement said in a statement.

Yes But. Three big ones:

1 - Did he come across the southern border? If not a wall wouldn't stop him
2 - Statistics show that illegal immigrants commit crimes at a far lower rate than native born, no matter how many nasty cases are cherry-picked
3 - His illegal status probably did not contribute to the murder. If he'd killed his girlfriend when his visa was still valid, what would be the difference?

Amazing......you've been told repeatedly that the biggest problem with illegals in this country isn't people crossing the border, its overstayed visas. No wall on the planet would have stopped that. You know what might have? Having enough people on the job to track down these people and get them out.
