He has indicted multiple people for lying about colluding with Russia and just won a judgment against Manafort for his lies about colluding with Russia.

The thing is, when Trump changes his story, even 180 degrees, his base buys the new story as if it is gospel truth, even when it completely contradicts what he said yesterday.

You are deliberately playing ignorant to what I said. I literally told you the judge just recently agreed Manafort lied to the special counsel about collusion and I have repeatedly told you about Papadopolous and Flynn. It is these type of comments from you which is why I told you last time I was not playing your game.

people feel safer being part a the tribe than thinking independently and questioning the tribe which runs the risk of being ostracized. .

That's just it. The Trumpers here make their arguments as if any given day's post exists in a vacuum. I'm just not sure if they are being intellectually dishonest or vacuous.

Firstly nobody here is at the DOJ working for the Special Prosecutor.

Secondly remember that bit in bold next time snowflake Twump cwies Witch Hunt! If it was a setup he'd be long gone by now.

What it is, is a thorough investigation because the system doesn't really want to indict a president for colluding with foreign powers. The media may like the news cycles, but it is not a healthy sign for the Republic if such a thing turns out to have happened under evryone's noses. So they want to be really, really sure.

As for the court of public opinion anyone can see a man who changes his story as much as Trump has over this (see OP) has got something to hide.

You began this conversation, not me. And no, you have never provided evidence that Manfort has been found to have colluded with Russia during the 2016 election. And you wont now. You simply pretend you have. But go ahead, link to your proof. Link to the section of the indictment that backs up your claim.

It has nothing to do with believing or not believing Trump. It is because after 2+ years of investigation by the House, the Senate, the media and a special council, there has been zero evidence that Trump colluded with the Russians. You want to claim there is a conspiracy? Show me the scalp of a conspirator. I dont buy into any conspiracy theories and I certainly dont buy that idea that the Trump team was skilled enough to coordinate a scheme with the Russians to steal an election and get away with it. Everything leaks from this crew. Everything. If there had been a conspiracy, they couldnt have kept it quiet for 15 minutes let alone nearly 3 years.

2 years: 200 criminal charges, 37 indictments, 7 guilty convictions, 4 people already in jail. And, yet you still believe the man who lies every day. :roll:

NOne of those indictments are for collusion or conspiracy and none of them touch Trump.

You cant argue, as you do here every day, that the guy is an idiot then turn right around and claim he masterminded the political crime of the century
