Morning Joe has called Trump the laziest President in history. The President tweeted this morning that he has worked harder than any other President in history cleaning up the mess that he inherited.
Mr. President, in the event that you are tired of being insulted on Morning Joe, Leave It To Beaver is on until 9 AM on Me TV.
As far as the mess that you found, I respond what mess? Obama cleaned up a mess you didn't.

Yeah, I saw that this morning. I'm wondering if the mess he is referring to is him following a black family into the white house. Or as Ron DeSantis our racist governor of florida said, monkeying things up.

LOL. following the latest Presidential meme.

Obama had a slew of Czar that did his bidding. What did he clean up again?

Thanks for your response. I hope that the next President is a quiet one. A political version of Howard Stern is more than I can stand.

Well he did let hairy 40 year old men into the women's bathroom and gave a presidential pardon to an army deserter because he was a man who wanted to be a woman.

You know,..real important things.

Uh huh. As if you wouldn't wet yourself if Ocasio-Cortez could run.

"Executive time"... this is becoming the subject for liberals to post multiple threads over, just as AOC has become the reason for conservatives to do the same.

I, nor anyone else, really has any idea what Trump is doing during all that time. We can wildly speculate about it, with no real certainty that it changes the opinion of those that support Trump or those that are opposed to him.

We can be very critical of policy, going against his advisers, appealing to Twitter to bully someone or engage in policy thought, Trump claiming "I know more about <insert subject here> than anyone else," the investigations, a **** SOTU address, the wall, the previous shutdown and pending next shutdown, tax policy, deficits, and debt, world affairs and Russia especially, and dozens of other things.

I think we are reaching with this executive time reporting.

First things first. Between 2010 and 2016 congress was republican and they were referred to as the do nothing Congress.
Back in the late nineties a commodity regulator named Brooksley Born gave a warning. Here is a supporting documentary: The Warning | FRONTLINE | PBS
During the Bush Administration the chairman of the FED Alan Greenspan chose to ignore Born's warning and instead chose to adopt the philosophy of Ayn Rand, a novelist.
When the variable rate mortgages started defaulting in 2008, we were losing 700,000 jobs a month.

Same level as Trump being....well, just about every negative thing there is. Wonder what's next?.
He didn't get to where he's at by being lazy.

Obama didn't clean anything up and what's more he was the worst president ever in our history. Feel better now?

A couple of months after Obama actually took office the stock market finally bottomed out at around sixty five hundred, down from over twelve thousand while all the pundits raved about the Bush administration's economy. The one where Bush was borrowing from china to pay for his wars and when the house of cards started falling, so did the markets. Jobs, hundreds of thousands a month gone. Banking ruined, the economy shot, car manufacturers on the brink of extinction. After four years, the stock market was back to around twelve thousand saving a boat load of people's IRA's. Yeah, that Obama, worst ever.

Obama did what to stop this? Legislation etc?

I'm not taking the bait. Please see post 8.

And Obama achieved this by?....printing money?

Other than that, what changes did he make?

Seriously? With that response you are working your way onto my I've had enough for today with you and I'm on the verge of not answering your obvious baiting. Other than all those things? As I said, worst ever, feel better?

Oh... by bring up the fact that Obama doubled the debt has triggered you?

I think we're only suppose to pay attention to the fact Obama was black, good looking, spoke well and was a full throttle liberal.

If you don't stay within those parameters, you're probably a racist and a secret member of the KKK.

Lazy people are normally big time liars.

Deficits were the worst part of the Obama era. Fortunately, now that we have a republican in the White House, deficits are once again no longer important.

Obama did what to stop this? Legislation etc?

This was an issue that was taken care of by the FED in cooperation with Treasury. If there was legislation it probably took place late in the Bush administration. By the time Obama took office he could only cooperate with the FED and Treasury to continue the recovery. Keep in mind that republicans are generally hostile to Keynesian solutions. Without Keynesian intervention the crisis would have been much worse.

Obama hired many of the same financial specialists that were in the Bush Administration and attempted to correct flaws in the derivatives markets. Lobbyists convinced Congress that a watered down law was better than no law at all. Lobbyists convinced Congress to pass Dodd Frank in 2010.

Is this the part you cover your ears and sing La La La really loud so you won't have to address any of Obama's negatives?

Are you related to WCH? I thought the thread was about executive time not Obama whom I didn't bring up yet now according to you and WCH I need to defend Obama for his negatives. Hijack someone else, I'm not interested.

Mick the Quick sounds like he has thrown in the towel on WH leakers. I don't blame him. Expecting to see a story on the brand of tissue on the roll in Trump's Royal throne room any day now.

Just to remind, the degree of leaking out of any WH is a direct reflection on WH staffers and the degree of respect they have for the President. Care to take a guess as to where this WH staff is in that regard? Care to offer an opinion on how much respect this particular President has earned?

Oh... by bring up the fact that Obama doubled the debt has triggered you?

So Obama doubled the debt.
It couldn't have been a tax cut and the initiation of two wars six years earlier.
It couldn't have been the revenue lost by the worst recession since the Great Depression.

Meaning no disrespect, you need to hit the books, and please try to look at Obama more objectively.

Regarding Trump, historians are not going to be kind to him.
