Could it be that your boy was always PATHETIC AND WEAK and an EPICALLY BAD NEGOTIATOR, oh yeah, it is like that, ain't it?:lamo
Oh well, you're not getting a wall, even if he wasn't a washout, deal with it.:lamo
shrug...
Takes two to tango.
Trump has been in Washington almost the whole shutdown open to negotiating. Where has Nancy been? Hawaii, trying to skate out to various countries...etc. Oh...and she flat out said "No".
Trump is the one person who can restart the government and get government workers paid. That makes him singularly responsible for the stress and suffering of nearly 1 million Americans. It's not him holding anyone hostage.
Typical Bullseye BS.Bass ackwords - You can't make deals with ghosts and dems refuse to appear and negotiate.
IF your beloved Dems cared they'd make an effort to negotiate rather than try to escape the country on a junket at the people's expense.

The last time the Dems went to the White House, Trump said "Bye-bye" and left.
That's not quite the art of any deal.

Yeah. Sounds like you ascribe to the Chuck and Nancy school of negotiation.
Why can’t Trump make deals? No one trusts him anymore
The great dealmaker indeed.
Donald Trump is between a rock and a hard place ..... the steadfast Robert Mueller Russia-collusion investigation and the paralyzing government shutdown Trump said he would proudly own.
If you agree that she should not negotiate, then don't complain if nobody makes a deal.
You can't have it both ways.
btw, the Democrats have a record of saying, "Give us what we want first and then we'll give you what you want." It's a terrible record. They renege every time. So, "Reopen the government, then negotiate." won't fly.
Saying "Bye-bye" and leaving is what you do when the other person tells you "No".
I subscribe to the democratic notion of negotiating. Trump shut down the government not the democrats and no amount of verbal twisting will change that fact.
We'll all see who's on the losing end of this when the 2020 elections come around.
The fat boy with a bad comb-over who brags about being a "Great Dealmaker" starts showing Chuck and Nancy the dealmaker magic.
Con men like President Hamberders just get up and leave.
The "democratic notion of negotiating"...just say no and try to run out of the country.
~snipped the blah, blah, blah~
What will the right do if trump is proven guilty? Let me guess, it's the corrupt FBI, all the haters on the left, fake news, a vendetta, deep state plot and on and on.
Well, you left out a few minor details, such as the Dems saying they weren't interesting in making a deal. That was a while back, just this week Trump invited congress people from both parties to discuss the issue - dems didn't show up. Hard to negotiate which empty chairs. The last time the Dems went to the White House, Trump said "Bye-bye" and left.

LOL, which is why he stayed in DC while Nancy vacationed in Hawaii. :roll:a) Trump didn’t want to deal...he wanted them to give him what he wanted.
and there are no republicans on Ways and Means? :bsJayJay said:b) He invited the Dems during a Ways and Means vote he knew they would never miss.
You didn't read the OP? You cannot negotiate with the man-child. You cannot get a commitment that you can depend on. You cannot build any trust that what you heard today at 12:30 will still matter tomorrow morning. His handshake is worthless. he promises are worthless. Even his signature at the bottom of a legal contract is worthless. That is the man's history.shrug...

So the Dems can only negotiate with the republicans in Congress, but they won't negotiate in good faith without Trump taking the lead, because they have all been burned by the reality described in the above paragraph when they tried to get the same man to mean what he says for longer than it takes for Rush Limbaugh to call.
The fact Trump is sitting and waiting does not make him a more reliable partner to enter negotiations with, or finalize a deal with.
He is a liar, and a cheater and an amoral spoiled tot. Who cares where he is during the shutdown.

Nancy isn't talking to the Republicans in Congress, either. It's that "no" thing.
Sorry, you really do not have any justification to make Pelosi the good guy here when she answers the offer to negotiate with a resounding no and when she leaves town.
Meanwhile, people aren't getting paid.
That's a plain ass lie, did your propaganda sources tell you thatWhile there are no “good guys”, the fact is there is a bipartisan spending bill right now that would pass with veto-proof majorities, and Mitch McConnell is holding it up.
More Americans agree with Pelosi than Trump, yet Trump and McConnell are gumming up the works.
So this would be over if certain Republican members in Congress remembered they were a separate and equal branch of government.
