    100%.
Yeah (iLOL) no. Extortion covers that which is actual extortion, not that which is part and parcel of negotiations.

That is not a reason why the should House get what they want without cooperating and compromising.

Go pound sand con and you guys are going to lose big in 2020 because of trumps and McConnell’s actions.

Apparently a sizeable portion of DP members want some kind of absolute monarchy.
They think electing a dictator every four years is how it's supposed to work.
I was taught that the US isn't a nation in the sense that England or France is a nation, that the US is a group of united states under the umbrella of a Congress elected to govern them, and that the President is elected by the states to execute the decisions of the Congress.
All this crap about shutting down the government and declaring a national emergency is just using loopholes put in place long after the framers designed the US government as a way to get around the limits of Presidential power intended by the founders.
Hell, Thomas Jefferson, if he saw this happening, would say dissolve the Union and start over. No way would the founders approve a President defying and dictating to the duly-elected Congress like this.

edit- I highlighted the nuts of this post. The rest is just me indulging my wordy inclination.

Congratulations on saying nothing of import. It was expected.
Now, do you have anything to that which I said in regards to the topic in reply to you?

He won't admit that, but we all KNOW it to be the case. You can't support Trump and be ethical, it is an oxymoron chosen only by (often willful) morons.

Their support is about how he makes them FEEL and their posts illustrate that well.

Let’s get everyone on official record. The House has passed a bill. Mcconnell should allow the Senate to vote so everyone is on record. And if it manages to pass the Senate then Trump can veto. As of right now the House has done their step.
<-- That is a winky face. If I use it in a post then that means I was more interested in being silly, sarcastic or hyperbolic than being accurate, factual or sincere at that particular moment.

Based on the rules put in place, where the President decides what he signs into law or not, your claim is lame.
They would likely chide all parties involved for not cooperating with the others involved.
They would also likely understand and support the need for a barrier/wall and demand the Dems support it as well.

They did not pass anything the President would sign (lack of cooperation) so they have not done their job.
