Is Trump's argument about illegal alien criminals rational?

link ?

Looking at 1 murder IS the problem when deciding a policy affecting many people. That's what this whole thread's point is.

Post 32.

Here is a stat for you.

100% of the people who are in the US illegally have broken US immigration laws. Doesn't matter if they entered illegally or overstayed their visas. That covers the whole group of illegals.

What should be the policy for those who are in the US illegally?

No stats in that post from you.

All good questions and completely irrelevant to the thread. The thread discusses not what we should do with illegals because they are here illegally but whether Trump's argument that you are repeating in post #32 makes any sense, which it does NOT.

I already told you I don't believe we should allow illegals. But again, that's the the point of the thread here. The point is that the basis for disallowing illegals is definitely NOT their mischaracterized violent crime stats. If we wanted to judge this question based on crimes only, we would WANT the illegals as they bring the relevant crime stats DOWN, not UP.
