I think it is more likely to be against the various Trump businesses, rather than the immediate family, at least until Trump is no longer in office.

I thought the whole purpose of RICO statutes is to get to the ungettable (new word? ) guys at the top ( i.e, Trump family ) by other normal means.

that might be a side benefit, but I'm talking about the general reason for the RICO statues, why they were created.

I've got news for you. Trumps approval is not "high", but you must be if you think so. The law is clear, criminals are not allowed to be President.
