Judge orders Hillary to answer questions about her email server

The other women were just trying to make some money. All of them are hard core far right republicans. Their agenda was quite obvious. They wanted to bring down the Clinton presidency. THEY FAILED.

No, they didn't. They had private email. That's not the problem.

Transmission of top secret material is a strict business (well, for most people).

Hillary had an entire private server not protected by the NSA where she would transmit top secret information.

If Trump is transmitting top secret information through a device that isn't protected, should he go to jail?

Isn't that funny...This is how the law works...you only punish those who broke the law. Hillary used her private email for official work, so that is a warrant for punishment by the same measure Trump, Kushner, Bannon, Reince Priebus, Gary D. Cohn and Stephen Miller used their private emails for official work so they must be equally punished.

Not sure why you are so badly confused!?!

1) I'd contend a Yahoo server is far more secure than Hillary's private server. Both should be/have using govt email.
2) They didn't process classified data.
3) Hillary deleted emails after being subpoenaed.

That's enough there.

And yet WH Counsel Don McGain warded Trump off trying to push DOJ to prosecute Hillary fearing the worst possible consequences for Trump not Hillary.

There is nothing there to prosecute. You and your ilk are railing to the moon. I suppose you enjoy it.

No, just as innocent people can and do get wrongly convicted; so the guilty (especially at the high political levels of govt) also can skirt prosecution and not see any consequences. We all know about the exoneration letter being drafted up by Comey and Strzok months before she was even questioned by the FBI. There's no debating that anymore. If you've never held a security clearance, you wouldn't have a clue about what exactly was illegal about Hillary's email server situation.

Look up the questions, and this time they're from a judge. Lie to Congress is a slap on the wrist and a nothingburger, but lie to a judge and see how that works.

Yes, Trump will find that out very soon. Lying to a grand jury is about as bad as it's going to get for him.
