Trump Hints at more lives ruined by Mueller

He's playing them again. They'll never learn.

Not for anything, but that’s part of the problem. Words are supposed to mean something, especially when they come from POTUS. He is supposed to be the leader of our country and should be more deliberate with his comments. Instead, he comes across like a shock jock looking to get a viral soundbite.

Trump Hints at more lives ruined by Mueller
Trump so often lies about so many things that, shy of his announcing a very specific and unequivocally depicted action he's taken or order he's given, I just ignore his remarks. He's now, AFAIC, in the same league as the "Boy Who Cried Wolf" and "Chicken Little." But for his being POTUS, I wouldn't pay him the little bit of attention I do.

Every, last, one of them.

Poor WCH is acting like he doesn't know how organized crime roll-ups works, and forgot that the DOJ kept some of the objectives given to Mueller secret.

If they are approved by the deputy AG to be kept under Mueller's umbrella, then they are believed to be tied to that investigation. To recap, since you've forgotten, maybe after the mid-term whipping in the House:
Their goal is to investigate the periphery, round up criminals that are useful, pressure them to tell the truth, working their way up as far as it goes. This is routine for white collar crimes that often require cooperating witnesses, otherwise you've often got not other evidence to rely on. If they made a conspiracy over a secure line that was not recorded, or in person, or in code, how are you gonna find that smoking gun? You're not.

- Michael Flynn - Trump campaigner and National Security Advisor
"Flynn pleaded guilty in December to lying to the FBI about his conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak before President Donald Trump's inauguration.
Of course, that was the plea agreement, there were more crimes discovered, presumably some involving his son as well, but Flynn quickly changed his tune to cooperation after facing charges."

Flynn talked to Kislyak during the transition....totally legal...the election was already over. The agents that interviewed Flynn and Comey himself did not think Flynn had lied in his interview. Flynn had to sell his home to cover his legal costs. Its widely believed he plead guilty to protect his son from malicious prosecution that he could not afford to defend himself from.

- George Papadopulus - Trump campaign advisor (foreign policy)
"On October 5, 2017, Papadopoulos pleaded guilty in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to making false statements to FBI agents relating to contacts he had with agents of the Russian government while working for the Trump campaign.["

Papadopolus got 2 weeks in jail for lying to the FBI and was not indicted for anything else. He did nothing illegal other than lying about something he should have not lied about.

Paul Manafort - Trump campaign chairman
Present in the Trump Tower meeting, a critical meeting between operatives of the Russian government and the Trump campaign. Denied and covered up of course.
Faced a boatload of charges including money laundering, false statements, conspiracy against the U.S., all related to Ukrainian pro-Russian political activitiesTried to not cooperate, but after convicted of 8 felony counts, appeared to feign cooperation, but has not been forthcoming as required by his plea deal...
Vying for a pardon, and possibly emboldened by Whitaker's appointment now

Tax evasion and charges for crimes committed LONG before he worked for Trump.

-Rick Gates - Trump campaign "Deputy Chairman" under Paul Manafort
Faced a boatload of charges including money laundering, false statements, conspiracy against the U.S., all related to Ukrainian pro-Russian political activitiesGot busted, lied during Queen for a Day, slapped down again, finally got a cooperation agreement requiring testifying against Manafort among other thingsKey to pressuring Manafort, which is key to Trump Tower Meeting.12 Russian GRU officers (the hacking team)

Again no crimes connected to Trump.

Continued ....

13 Russian nationals and three Russian companies were indicted on conspiracy charges, with some also being accused of identity theft.
Self explanatory
[/U]Alex van der Zwaan - lied about Rick Gates contact with Ukraine
Konstantin Kilimnik - Manafort's Russian mini-me: helped Manafort obstruct justice via witness tampering
*Note: Ukraine had him, but let him flee back to Russia because they needed Trump to approve a weapons purchase for their country....
Both Alex and KK involved again with pressure on Manafort/Gates

And Rosenstein specifically said "There is no allegation in the indictment [of the Russians] that any American was a knowing participant in the alleged unlawful activity,”
Michael Cohen: Trump's long-time personal attorney:
Handed off outside of Mueller's team. Plead to 8 felony chages.
Appears to be cooperating now, including with the Mueller probe (Trump tower at the least).
Tax cheat and liar

Sam Patten: Republican Operative
Failed to register as a foreign agent - Ukraine
Involved in everything from helping get money into Trump's campaign, lobbying on behalf of Ukraine, worked with Cambridge Analytica
Note: Mueller sent this one outside of his probe, but the plea agereement includes cooperating with Mueller...go team!
Richard Pinedo: (Helped Russians unwittingly, just identify theft)
No Trump campaign related crimes :roll:

A big nothing burger for you.

“Perjury traps” are hella easy to avoid. Care to guess how?
Not really. You can tell the truth but be indicted if the FBI chooses to believe someone else that is lying about you to keep their own ass out of jail.

Like I said earlier, Guilty dogs bark first.

:2rofll: you keep saying that like it’s a scientifically proven fact.

It’s NOT! :2rofll:

How about, "just because a lot of liberals don't like Trump, does not mean they are all Communists". It's almost like broad-brushing is stupid.

I was being rather specific in this case...

Just let Mach and the others think what they will. They'll sleep better at night.

You know as well as I that the government can ask questions in a way to make people say the wrong thing and nail them for it.

It's a colloquialism. Feel foolish yet?

No do you? Once may be funny/appropriate, every other post, like it's a scientific fact … is boorish.

You obviously jumped into a conversation without knowing what was being discussed. Or you can't understand what you read.

The allegation was made that none of the people charged in Mueller's investigation had anything to do with Russian meddling in the election.
Every single one of them did, as I took the time to detail for anyone to read.
You appear to trying to make the argument that the CHARGES they are indicted on, were not themselves charges related to Russian conspiracy during the campaign. That's partially true, and irrelevant to the debate.

Your sob story doesn't change the fact that it was Flynn hiding meetings with high profile Russian government agents, which is under Mueller's directive. That's the argument made, that the indictments had nothing to do with investigating Russian election-meddling.
It did reveal just how stupid Michale Flynn was, considering he was National Security Directory, and how stupid Trump was for picking him.
Just like illegals at the border, he was breaking the law and has to face the music.

Papadopolus got 2 weeks in jail for lying to the FBI and was not indicted for anything else. He did nothing illegal other than lying about something he should have not lied about.
...lying about contact multiple Russian contacts and getting information from them about dirt on Hillary. Entirely in Mueller's scope.

Tax evasion and charges for crimes committed LONG before he worked for Trump.
...which they used to get leverage on understanding what happened in the Trump Tower meeting, with Russians for dirt on Hillary, which is key in Mueller's probe.

Again no crimes connected to Trump.
See above.

Trump had 5 reckless felons in this campaign/cabinet, what a corrupt swamp!

You couldn't refute a thing, but you're gonna high-five someone who at least took the time to try, but got it entirely wrong?
That's some weak beta cuck sauce.

Nope, he was right, You lose.

Nope, he was right, You lose.

Some people never really outgrew the phrase "I know you are but what am I".

No you tell me, Tres. WTH are you?

I'm not the one tossing labels are. You are. So go on ahead and tell me which one I am. Surely you didn't toss around labels and didn't think someone was going to ask you about it. We're not all Trump voters here. Some of us use our brains.
