I will agree that a couple members of the press did overstep, however the true train wreck was trump.

I just couldn't stop watching.

I just expected a doctor to run up and give him a shot and help him off stage...

I happened to watch the majority of both press conferences - Trump's and Pelosi's. My main take away from both was, to use your term, how "unhinged" the White House press corps is in comparison to the press that asked questions of Pelosi. At Pelosi's presser, the media sat in their seats, respectfully waited to be called upon, asked a single question, didn't interrupt or contradict her, and then when she moved on they simply stayed quiet and waited for the next question to be answered. Counter that with the President's press conference where imbeciles like CNN's Jim Acosta continuously interrupted the President and refused to relinquish the mike, grabbing it from the young lady assigned to carry the mike around, and then heckling from the cheap seats. The President was right - Acosta is a disgrace to CNN and CNN is too stupid to see it because Acosta perfectly fits their agenda of delegitimizing the President of the United States.
 
Our President showed who is in charge and not taking any guff. It was a successful campaign for our Republicans. Many who were supported by our President in person...won. The Senate is still under us.
I'm glad he told this one girl to shut up and sit down along with other liberal/Demo controlled news reporters who asked dumb questions. I commend our President.
Another dumb question was asked about our President as a "nationalist" supporter.
...He is not a racist as Mr. Trump said. So many people of color had found employment with added strong financial stability. barack " king louie " obama could not master what our President has done for the African American communities. This was a strong and positive news conference...the Republicans prevailed as expected. Deal with it.

Trump came to the podium as if he was at the end of the Bataan Death March, bedraggled, frazzled, tired and knowing full well what none of the reporters knew, that he was going to ask for and get Sessions resignation within an hour of the end of that presser. Trump immediately started to swing away at reporters who had not even asked a question yet in that snotty, schoolyard bully manner of his....He loves to do this. He loves to confront people when he is tired and in a bad mood and knows he is in a bad mood. He got the press conference he wanted.

Trump is a sick man. Its not more complicated than that. He is a sick man corrupt and unscrupulous to his very core.

If you either didn't notice or totally reject the difference in the professionalism displayed by the two different sets of media asking questions today, then you fully support a media that is passionately biased. I don't.

I noticed. Donald is a sick man who got exactly the presser he wanted. Now you can ask yourself why anybody would want that, why a man would literally set it up to be that all you want to. But there is no sense in blaming anybody other than Donald himself. Its what he does.

What he is suggesting in saying "we have the Senate" is that if the Dem House engages in its legitimate Oversight functions, he has the Senate, "we can do it better than they can" meaning he can direct the Senate to open Oversight of the House!

In the first place, Trump does not have anything. Its not his Senate. Just because the current House run by the GOP is full of craven, spineless sycophants does not mean that he Donald owns the House. That those same craven spineless sycophants choose not to engage their Oversight function is their choice. Now Donald could make the case that the GOP run Senate might choose to abandon its Oversight function. However claiming that he can direct them to engage in Oversight of the House is laughably absurd.

Again, he is not King Donald! This guy is nuts...dangerously nuts and sick in the head.
