What if our polls were severely hacked this time

I have heard that the internet is cut out of elections. It sounded like much of the process is based on practices from the past.

In fact, our elections on Tuesday are going to be "hacked" in a sense: Some non-citizens will be voting (at the polls or by mail), and NO ONE will have the guts to stop them.

The definition of meddling by politicians is influencing. Not hijacking. Not changing the results of.
MSM influences elections all the time. Mueller's investigation is influencing the 2018 election. These are obvious. And you don't care. I suppose you care about Russia's meddling? Why Russia's and not main stream media's or Mueller's, for examples?
