Sending over 15 thousand troops to the border, you opinion?

The left talks of morality but how moral is it to saddle our citizens with 20 million illegals who they have to subsidize and/or fight for jobs? The costs to our country are enormous and the legal citizen taxpayer is the one getting hurt. immoral is throwing our own citizens under the bus in favor of foreigners. Controlled, orderly and legal immigration or none at all. Oh, and find those people overstaying their visas and get them out of here.

Maybe it is a political stunt that will cost trump nothing, but will take military personnel away from their families for the holidays after having to leave them many times for the wars started by the GOP in Iraq and Afghanistan. Yeah, it is a great stunt that may win him some votes from the stupid out there, but I come from a military family and am a Vet and this is the worst thing trump has done to date.

I reckon "this mob" decided to do this for the same reason many others have done the same thing over many long years--life in their native countries is dangerous and untenable. Their posterity is in danger of extinction.

Nobody is going to vote based on this. The GOP is already motivated to vote. We see Antifa, Maxine, Schumer, Pelosi, Booker, the Kavanaugh hatchet job and the endless MSM hate parade against Trump. So, no prodding needed. Oh, and you might check out the votes on the AUMF for Afghanistan. It was 98-0 in the Senate and 420-1 in the House. So, nothing about it was a "GOP" war. Iraq was a different matter and we never should have gone there.

Well, at least we don't go around regulating speech, announcing what words are no longer permissible, looking for "micro" and "macro" aggressions everywhere, creating "safe spaces", telling people what to eat, smoke, drink, drive or wear, claiming that we're all in imminent dire danger from "climate change", creating endless victim groups who deserve remediation of one kind or another or calling people racists, homophobes or misogynists every 30 seconds just because we have a fetish about attacking white, straight men and/or Trump.

Your correct. No one seems to know the exact numbers or make up of the caravan.

That said, do you know how many of the ones in the caravan have a legitimate case for amnesty according to US laws? I will help you out. No one knows. Just like the numbers you say are missing from the Trump side.

imo, the way the caravan of people acted at the Mexican border says a great deal. Enough to convince me I don't want them here.

If it takes the military to stop them at the border then so be it. If it takes the military to bring some sort of control over the situation in assisting the Border Patrol and ICE, so be it.

I could mention Steve King and McConnell and all of the people in the Trump cabinet who have had to go because of corruption as well as the many people indicted in the Trump campaign. And maybe it is okay with you what Kavanaugh did in his youth, but not with many of us out here with girls and wives who have been harassed and assaulted by men in their lives. But you already have voted for a man who grabs them by their puss***, so you don't care if you put a second one on the SCOTUS. What did Kavanaugh "do in his youth"? Drink some beer? That would disqualify almost everyone. There isn't a bit of evidence for any of the stuff Ford claims. She has no dates, times, places or witnesses yet you eat that up don't you? Why? Because you believe the Democrat smear merchants and the unpersuasive person they dragged forth to accuse Kavanaugh. Secondly, you assume that the FBI was told what not to find while ignoring that there IS nothing to find. You can't find what doesn't exist, not even with seven investigations going back years.

I wasn't but I understand you cannot apply at a US embassy overseas, only one here. Nevertheless, the "caravan" seems little inclined to obey the rules based on their behavior at the Mexican border.
